Huanggang (formerly known as Huangzhou) is a prefecture-level city in eastern Hubei Province, located on the southern foothills of the Dabie Mountains and the northern bank of the middle Yangtze River. It borders the provinces of Hubei, Henan, Anhui, and Jiangxi, and is an important member of the Wuhan metropolitan area.

1. Dongpo Red Cliffs (Huangzhou)
The place where Su Shi was exiled to Huangzhou and wrote "Ode to the Red Cliffs" and "Niannujiao: Remembering the Red Cliffs," rich in cultural heritage.
2. Yiai Lake Park (Huangzhou)
Urban wetland park with lake and mountain scenery plus Dongpo culture; excellent night light and shadow show.
3. Dabie Mountains Tiantangzhai (Luotian)
National 5A scenic area, main peak at 1,729 meters, featuring sea of clouds, waterfalls, and cliffside plank roads; a great summer resort and red leaf viewing spot.
4. Guifeng Mountain (Macheng)
100,000 mu (about 16,500 acres) of azalea sea in April-May, mountain shaped like a divine turtle, recognized as a scenic spot by "Chinese Geography."
5. Hong'an (Red Tourism)
Origin of the Huangma Uprising, former residences of Li Xiannian and Dong Biwu, Changsheng Street, Martyrs’ Cemetery (many free attractions).
6. Bodao Peak (Luotian)
