On the top they offer skiing and a train ride. You can go to the train with a small bus or walk. On the way to the train there are some food options, they're pretty good. Wentang is a small town close to Yichun and it is famous for hot springs. You can get there by public bus, which takes 45 minutes or a taxi which takes 30 minutes. And Yichun is accessable by fast train. The town has beautiful, ancient architecture, with many non expensive, very good restaurants. It's also a good place to buy chrysanthemum tea. There are many hot spring options, around the town and everything is walking distance. At night the town is ful of lights and steam. At Mingyue Interchange, I chose to take bus No. 118 to Yaqianxi, then transfer to bus No. 6 and go directly to Yichun Station. The whole bus journey took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. This trip to Mingyue Mountain cost us more than 100 yuan for accommodation, more than 90 yuan for tickets, 150 yuan for the cable car up and down, 30 yuan for the sightseeing car, and 30 yuan for food. Since the two children were free for tickets and cable car, the total cost was about 400 yuan. This trip was perfect and left us with unforgettable memories.

Yunfuli Yunshu Hot Spring Hotel is located in Hongjiang Town, Yichun, about 30 kilometers away from the city. It is backed by Mingyue Mountain Scenic Area and Yangshan Zen Temple, surrounded by mountains. The project site covers an area of 11,377.78 square meters, which is a small mountain nest on the north slope with a horn-shaped opening. It is a typical southern hilly terrain with mountains on three sides and dense bamboo forests. The north side is adjacent to the flood control municipal road and public wetland park, which is the only opening direction and display surface. The base is high in the south and low in the north, with a maximum height difference of 40 meters, steep terrain, and an average slope of about 27.1%. The construction of mountain buildings is different from urban projects and needs to respond to changes in the site. Building along the trend is the design principle of the hotel area. Through the means of bottom floor overhead and three-dimensional traffic to adapt to the changes in the terrain, the use of rammed earth and other simple materials to integrate into the surrounding natural scenery. The roof adopts dark gray cement tiles with rough grooves, imitating the traces of rain. The slightly overhanging eaves are only realized through the civil structure, without any decorative components, which reduces the construction cost. For the rammed earth wall method, after comparing the effects, durability, construction difficulty, and economy, the rammed earth coating was finally selected. In order to balance the natural texture and the controllability of construction, the designer provided multiple versions of wall drawings to control the size, and confirmed the final texture through multiple wall comparisons. In addition, the project also selected modern and exquisite materials such as high-transparent glass and metal, embedded in simple volumes, making the building lighter and clumsy.

1. Mingyue Mountain Holiday Resort Hotel is one of the only two Holiday Inns in Jiangxi, and the only Holiday Inn resort. The hot spring hotels in Wentang Town are generally quite old, but Mingyue Mountain Holiday opened in 2018. Although the hotel is not very large, it is relatively new and has private hot spring baths. I stayed here once when it first opened, and the experience was very good, so I decisively chose it again this time. 2. The room type is a standard private hot spring room, which is not very big, about 30 square meters+, with a small private hot spring that can accommodate two people. The superior private hot spring rooms are 5 square meters larger, and the private hot spring is also bigger. Turning down the bed at night comes with small cookies and selenium-rich mineral water from Run Tian Cui. 3. The breakfast restaurant is on the first floor in the Chinese restaurant, where members are offered the soup of the day and yogurt with fruit. The prices in the regular Chinese restaurant are very attractive, and the taste is not bad, but the hot pot is a letdown, not recommended. 4. The hotel's Blue Moon Hot Spring Center is not very large and requires a separate ticket. It has outdoor and indoor pools, both dry and wet steam, and a stone bath. The SPA prices are attractive, but the techniques are very average, not recommended. 5. The hotel is about a 30-minute drive from the train station, and about 20 minutes by taxi from Mingyue Mountain. The hotel is right next to the Wentang Ancient Town Gujingquan Street, which is very convenient for dining, and the prices are not high, very nice.
