Trekking to a Volcano in Zambales ๐ต๐ญ
#timetotravel
Upon seeing this breathtaking place , I felt like I needed to kowtow because of its magnificent sight. This is Mount Pinatubo, an active volacano which last erupted in 1993.
You need to trek for 2 hours to the crater of the volcano which has crystal clear lake. Trekking is a popular activity here so it is advised to wear your hiking gear if you want to see the famous Mount Pinatubo's crater. Before the hiking you will experience an hour and half jeep drive from Angeles City.
Make sure you are well equipped and carry a light backpack to store your water.
A memorable trek indeed!
Enjoy your hike!

Summer Escapade in Zambales ๐ต๐ญ
#timetotravel
This is Punta De Uian Beach Resort, a resort that offers majestic view of the ocean and the nearby islands and a fantastic service from the staff. Aside from that, the overall interior and exterior aesthetic of the resort is beautiful. If you are from Manila ans you don't have time to go to famous beaches in the Philippines, which usually are a plane ride away, then fret not, come here instead. So peaceful and relaxing place, away from the hustle and bustle of the famous beaches. The sea water might not be as crystal clear but truly good enough especially when the the resort has beautiful pools. This is really ideal for families and even company team buildings. If you are a couple or a solo traveler then this is a great place too.
Distance from Metro Manila: Around 3-5 hours depending on which city is your starting point. You can either drive or hop onto a bus
Address: San Marcelino, Zambales.
Enjoy!

Hike in Mt Pinatubo Zambales
If youโre looking for a quick getaway near the Metro, Mount Pinatubo is located 100 kilometers away from the Philippines capital. This active stratovolcano last erupted in 1991. There are two options to explore Mt. Pinatubo. You can book a 4x4 vehicle and go on a short hike to reach the top crater lake. Another option is to trek the Sapang Uwak Delta-V trail which is a lot harder though but brings in more experience
