Hotel is so beautiful from inside. Excellent service. Duty Manager honoured our request and arranged for a special table for us (for candle light dinner). Though it was simple but their efforts and services we highly appreciate. Very clean resort and hygiene is maintained very well. Location and view are ultimate. We had a very pleasant and memorable stay at this british era property. We booked for writer's room. The best room of this property this is what i felt. So peaceful surrounding and freshly cooked food though not much varieties u get in the menu. But being in that remote location of binsar it's the best they are providing. Wonderful hospitality the staff is cooperative. No matter how much i write i cannot pen down my experience at the royal oak manor.

The hotel location is very convenient. I had booked a standard room which had a great view of the mountains. Adequate blankets and hot water supply. The one major drawback were the walls in the room which were dirty, dark patchy. I found a chewing gum glued to the wall at shoulder level which was a disgusting sight and i had to clean it. Lastly the person at the reception miscalculated the total food bill which delayed checkout.

Our stay was awesome. They have arranged a live music concert and an ipl match for us. It is one of the most beautiful natural places to visit. The owner is coordinating and helpful. Staff is polite and helpful. We are looking forward to go again and stay for longer.

One of the finest hotels I have been to, the hospitality of staff, hotel environment, vibe and cleanliness is all worth every penny spent and even more than that ! Located outside the main city but still they try their level best fulfill all the customer needs. Well cooked food, wonderful views right through the balconies, short trek to the sunset point above the hotel itself caters to it's perfect location and facilities. Will be a repeater guest for sure. Mr Dixit Arya and the owner is very well spoken and cooperative in everything. The prices are really competitive to other hotels but this one's really got some scenic views. Amole parking space is available ***** with a splendid terrace with views with table tennis to have some good time.
