To make a long story short, front desk personnel made me pay an extra P1000.00 to upgarde from my reserved and fully paid standard room to a room that has a garage if i wanted to park my car at their premises. The booking clearly states that parking is provided frèe of charge..But I guess being a ”love hotel” they'll prioritze other guests who pay less for short time so they can give the room to more clients within the day..Arguing and asking to speak to the manager was useless, these people dont care. They say its the third party booking site's fault (Trip.com).So being with a companion and put on the spot I had no choice but to upgrdae.. Word of caution if you're gonna.book thru a third party site. and your bringing a car unless its a 4-5 star.parking might be an issue.. Never again with Victoria Court.

i booked this hotel for a concert at MOA arena, loved that its super near MOA as well, rooms were spacious and basic amenities were provided as well. the thing i loved about this hotel is the room service!! the food is good and at a reasonable price as well! would definitely see myself booking this hotel again if i am coming back for another concert ^^!

The food not that lavish enough for its price is ok but will definitely comeback here with the kids. Staffs are very friendly and warm. The room is great!

The location is very accessible, booking grab is way better inside the hotel than the grab app. We did not choose to eat inside since kids wanted to roam around the area. The food and Mall outside the hotel is just walking distance. The pool is clean and the staff of the hotel are friendly and accommodating. My son wants to stay again next time. And also the internet is good. The check in and check out process went smoothly. I booked via trip.com and it was budget friendly as well. Thank you again Savoy! We'll see you again next time ☺️

I had a pleasant experience at Hotel 101. The location is ideal, being extremely close to MOA and just a 15 to 20-minute drive from the airport. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were accommodating, allowing us to check in 30 minutes early and providing extra bottled water. The biggest disappointment was the slow and intermittent internet connection, which deducted significant points from our overall experience. Some minor issues not really a big deal: - The TV wasn't functioning properly in my room - The outdoor gym was underwhelming, consisting of only two stationary bicycles

What I like about Belmont Hotel is the easy check-in and check-out process. No need to wait for a very long time, few minutes and you're good to go. I also love how friendly and polite the staffs are. They are very well-mannered and well-trained. I also love the location, very close to the Runway Manila. The room is clean and the ventilation is good. I would love to book here again.

I was greeted by hotel Management upon arrival and facilities and policies explained. I took the hotel transportation as I wanted a quick transfer after such a long flight. The car was waiting with a friendly driver and new car. For me not worth saving a few $”s as I wanted to know car was sterilised and covid free. Cost Php800 which I considered fair and acceptable rather than taking risk with airport taxi services. I was provided 3 good meals a day within my room package and offered the use of a good room menu. If required additional toiletries or towels a simple dial of ‘0’ and minutes later a friendly knock at the door. The room was spacious and clean with great views of Manila Bay. Good selection of TV channels to make your day pass quicker. A big thank you to the management and staff at Hotel Jen for making my quarantine stay in these hard times very comfortable. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to all nationalities as the hotel is willing to listen to guests dietary preferences. We were hesitant at first to book here because of location but booked anyway. The hotel is nice. You can also leave your luggage for free while waiting to leave for your flight schedule. You won't be late going to airport if you manage your time accordingly. Great stay affordable with breakfast.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for one night. Room was clean and smelt good along with the bathroom. Ac was also cold. My only two complaintd was that the hot water in the shower was only just enough and wasn't consistent. My second complaint was that on the way from the elevator to the room at the end of the hallway it smelt like mold, then cooked food then smelt like paint and another time mostly paint. We stayed on the ninth floor and a guy came out the room next to us who had painting because he had a cart with paint. My wife is pregnant and we have a three year old son so I worried about that. Those are my only issues otherwise linen and bed comfy, locks on the window good, good tv signal, and tv clarity. Breakfast buffet wasn't that great. Thought it was a waste. Tables were opened but not cleaned right away and also a waited broke glass on the floor. Another waiter was snappy when I asked a question didn't let me finish.
