The epitome of you get what you pay for, don’t get me wrong, it’s clean the rooms are pretty modern And it’s got everything you need bathroom are good, rooms are plenty big enough, the location is within walking distance (I’m not fit but the walk didn’t kill me) to the docks and Salamanca market, main complaint would have to be they have less than half the car parking as rooms, if you get there after three or four you’ll probably have to park out in the street,
Although no breakfast
But good location
And cost-effective
Ample parking
Safety
The store is also very clean
Warm attitude, provide local tourist information booklet
And dinner is good
Nice spot about a 5 minute drive or cab from the main part of Hobart. Check in desk is seemingly not manned very often but the check in and check out process was very smooth, well check out was just dropping a key into the box! There's a telephone number to contact in the event of serious issues but if it isn't deemed serious by the owner then you may get charged so be careful. If youre looking for a spot close to a few tourist spots then this is great, and only about 20 minutes by a cab from the airport too (Uber works fine)
We traveled from Cradle Mountain to Hobart, spending a night in the small town of Queenstown to experience the Western Wilderness Railway. We chose a motel and the room was pretty good.
The hotel is in a good location with beautiful scenery. It's a bit of an unexpected surprise. You can see the big nut at any time. You can see the Milky Way at night and watch the sunrise at the door in the morning. The room size is also OK. There is a refrigerator and a microwave. It is clean and convenient for parking. Everything else is impeccable. The only drawback is that the kettle is plastic and the inside is yellowed. It seems to have been used for a long time. It looks a bit disgusting!
Had a great stay! It's close to the beach and transportation is convenient. The only minor issue was that the location was a bit hard to find. The front desk staff were very friendly.
Overall, it is worth it, but would be nice if the other customers in the opposite rooms weren’t noisy. Hotel should limit the number of guests with room.
For example, the people in my adjacent and opposite rooms have more guests than the actual bed. So noisy all night until morning.
This was a great little cabin. Believe me when I say my wife is fussy and yet she was very complimentary with this accommdation. It was clean, comfortable and compact with great facilities. I wish we could have stayed longer. Next time perhaps.

GGuest UserGreat place, good facilities and clean rooms.
Shout out to the ****** who wake up at 5 am stand around talking and wake everyone up and then start their noisy cars and leave to go to another hotel.
AAnonymous UserRoom provides everything you need. Big space, comfy bed, towels, shower kit, fridge and microwave. Owner is very helpful with late check-in. Peaceful neighbourhood and located not far from shopping/food areas.
FFionaThe location was so close to Port Arthur Historic Site. We had an early night after having dinner there as they have a bar and restaurant on site. Dinner was good, service was great. Food came within 30 to 45 minutes wait time. We needed to use the laundry service onsite, and the cost of 4 x $1 coin to operate washer and same price for tumble dryer. There was not enough site parking near our room so we had to go right to the end and park at overflow parking. Internet wifi was available but very slow. The shower was a very tight space with a shower curtain enclosure. Toiletries like hair shampoo, soap bar, body wash and conditioner were supplied. Beds and towels were all clean and up to standards. Great for a one night stay for family.
GGuest UserThe bed was terrible. You could see that the mattress had hollows in it where it was worn out by just looking at it. The pilliows were worse. They were no more than 4 inches high but flattened down to no more than 1 inch high, so you felt like you were sleeping with your head below you body. You couldn't fall out of the bed because the hollows kept you safely in the bed. Found supermarket receipts on the floor near the bed, so cleaning of the room was a bit suspect as well. Yes there are positives - the shower pressure was great. The other positive was that we had to leave early the next morning. I could not recommend this motel. Yes it was cheap to stay in, but you get what you pay for.

JJinlingwutongFully experienced the natural scenery of the Australian countryside, walking in the small town of Ross at dusk, taking a walk to see the sunset is so beautiful. Although it is called a motel, the overall environment is good, all are single-family houses on the first floor.
SSiriiceThe location is near Taroona beach, Tinderbox, Southern Light viewing point, near Mt. Wellington, close to the city. The hotel is quite old. But the room is warm and has towels, soap, shampoo, hair dryer, microwave and refrigerator. There is no water provided in the room. It is recommended to buy your own food and water. There are tea and coffee bags provided in the room. And there are two packets of biscuits. If you check inlet The hotel will leave the key in a box at the door. Very convenient for people who come late at night.

WWlam888The hotel is about 15–20 minutes from Salamanca Market and the Tasmanian Travel and Information Centre. The room is spacious, and everything is clean, neat, and pleasantly fragrant.
Each room comes with a microwave, electric kettle, some dining wares, dishwashing liquid, and a sponge. The heater works well, though the room still felt a bit cold—possibly because it’s quite large, especially for a solo traveler like me.
The male receptionist was very helpful with all my requests, from fixing my internet connection to allowing me to extend my checkout time from the standard 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
