Booked two triple rooms. Both rooms are clean and spacious. We even get to check in early (weekday).
Chest-high refrigerator in both rooms - well functioning. No ironing facilities in each room but they do have it in a common space next to the lobby - together with water filter (coway), microwave and small kitchen.
Recommended for a chill and relax vacation.

Hotel is located in a very quiet neighborhood. Very easy to visit all the attractions from there. Room I was given was spacious Clean shower and toilet .
Close to 2 stores below and a duty free store about 100yards.
More stores about 2 kilometers away. Night market close by held Tuesday and Saturday.

Sadly, this looks like a place that desperately needs renovation. It looks quite neglected, from walls screaming for new paint, to torn bedsheets, to broken pipes in the bathroom leaking water.
Also, some things are not as advertised in their profile. There is no 24 hour front desk - in fact, check in is very simple, you come to a desk, and find the key with the sticker with your name on it (it would be nice if they informed guests about this).
Also, there is no hot water in the bathroom (even if room description claims otherwise), nor electric kettle in the room.
There was also no toilet paper, but after i sent them an email about it (remember, no 24 hour front desk), they brought a roll with an apology.
They were nice enough to extend my check out for an hour. But more than just being flexible, i think their business would improve if they invested more into maintenance of the place.

Its a fantastic place to be on, I really loved this place, though there are slight problems in insect controlling but that is understable cause it rains almost everyday. On this issue the SWEET INN should work a bit.
Overall, its a very good place. Most of things are in touching distance from the location.

Room is a bit dirty especially the bed sheets, the tv will even receives signal from other room which causes it to open itself at 6 am morning.

Very convenience place to cenang beach, staff all friendly and treat customer in very polite way. Stay there for 3days, even a motel, they send house keeping to change the rubbish plastic, change new towel and restock all the toilet paper.

Stayed a night at the hotel. Very clean and comfy room. But the shower in the toilet need to fix cause there is leaking on the pipe.

IIrinaWe really liked the motel. It was quiet, calm, good service. There is a swimming pool with sun loungers on the territory, which is very convenient. The room has everything you need: a refrigerator, a kettle, mugs, towels and a comfortable bed. Every day they left 2 bottles of water and 2 coffees. Cleaning was every day. The air conditioning worked well. The sea is 7 minutes at a leisurely pace. I would definitely come back here again. The price-quality ratio is top. Opposite the motel there is a night market, and nearby there are good cafes (in general, everything is within walking distance here)

GGeorgeQuiet location in a kampong. You need to rent a scooter to get around but if you don’t mind it’s perfect as the beach and town are just 5 minutes away. There aren’t many guests staying so you have privacy and the host is very nice. On the whole I’d recommend staying here as it’s economical and good value
