We had a nice stay, room was clean, comfy warm beds, the air con was nice, in a great location and good price for the Christmas period. everything ticketed the boxes 🙂 except for the cleaners they were a little nasty banging on our door at 9am because our car was gone and they assumed we checked out. Booked an extra night went and got some food come back to them in our room doing a service that wasn’t needed 🙄 I was very upset, that was the only hiccup we had but other then that we’d stay again 🙂

Very good, the practical consideration of services and facilities is very thoughtful. Except for the sound of the next door, they are all very good, but everyone is very conscious that they won't be noisy when the time comes.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed and modern amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit, always ready with a smile and great local recommendations. I especially appreciated the central location — it made exploring the city so convenient. Breakfast was fresh and offered a good variety of options. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would definitely stay here again.

The location is very good, there is a parking space in front of the room, and some rooms have a spa pool, which is very comfortable. There are also bath tyrants, and children who take a bath are not afraid of cold. You can also cook by yourself. It's really good.

GGuest UserI have stayed in lots of motels over many years , and this is one of the best. It is well-situated, handy to shops and nearby waterfront. The staff were all friendly. My unit was very spacious, immaculately clean, neat and well-presented. The TV was modern with a great choice of programming. The bed was most comfortable. Highly recommend.

GGuest User我們訂的是兩房一廳，三大兩小入住，總共有5張床。廚房煮食設施齊全，美中不足的是房間煮食時沒有抽氣爐。房間裏面有螞蟻，感覺不太舒服，位置也比較偏遠Gisborne市中心，如果沒有開車的不建議選擇。值得一提的是那邊有免費的洗衣和乾衣服務，road trip中途站可以洗洗衣服蠻方便。
