Very roomy unit with all the facilities needed. Aircon was on at arrival so a comfortable start. Bed was good, bathroom was good. Not motels fault but people in next door unit stayed up late and were noisy. We are staying at the motel again next week.

Facilities: The facilities are fully equipped, and you can even cook your own noodles. Parking is available right downstairs. Hygiene: All the facilities are new, and the hygiene is spotless and tidy. The bathroom is spacious, and the towels are incredibly soft and comfortable. Environment: There are even facilities for children to play at the entrance of the inn, and a small garden, which is fantastic. Service: The service from the old man at the front desk was truly the best we experienced on this trip. All four of our families unanimously agreed that he was very nice and patient, and he even recommended nearby attractions and food based on our itinerary.

The motel's location is a bit out of the city center, so a car is essential for getting around. You can park right in front of your room. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including pots and pans. The male owner was very responsible. On our first night, the AC wasn't blowing hot air, and we woke up freezing at around 5 AM. We talked to the owner the next day, and he explained that the thermostat was set too high, preventing the AC from kicking in. He then restarted the outdoor unit and got it working. He even proactively knocked on our door to check if it was working correctly and brought us a small space heater. The owner also provided a small map, showing us places to visit in the city and how to get there.

This was my second time staying here, and it was just as good as the first. The chalet was different from my previous stay, but the quality remained excellent—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The experience was just as enjoyable, proving that this place is consistently reliable. Will definitely return again!

It is located next to the beach, with a large park with amusement facilities to enjoy. There is also a convenience store and Asian supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. Although the hotel has a bar, if there is a place for cooking, it will definitely attract more people to book rooms.

What an absolute gold mine of a hotel …. The little units had all you could want they were warm cosy clean and comfortable. With an absolute bonus of a heated bathroom floor. We stayed a couple of nights and ate at Boots and Jandels and the Wrinkly Rams both delicious. We also went to the hot springs which were delightful. The manager here was also so friendly and helpful I would 100% recommend this accommodation to anyone.

It is fully equipped just like a home! They even turned on the heater in advance. I really felt a sense of warmth. It is located in the city center, so it feels safe. It is close to a famous station.

Very happy with our Accomodation at Aria on Bank Dunedin. The self contained unit for a couple was modern, very clean, fresh & well presented. Free (No fee) use of laundry ( washing machine & dryer) for all tenants to use. Our room was missing a frying pan which i needed to cook. I contacted the front desk, the gentleman receptionist immediately ran & I mean ran to our unit to confirm it was missing & sure enough none to be located. He left & returned a couple mins later with a replacement frying pan & utensil. Outstanding service. AAA+++ RATING for service & excellence.

This is the most satisfactory motel our family stayed in along the way. The room was very clean and tidy, well-equipped, and very comfortable to stay in. The owner was also very welcoming. The location of the motel is also very convenient. It's perfect!

SierraMotel is a typical kiwi motel with all the amenities you need. Nicely set back off the road so quiet and undisturbed. Obviously very popular with cyclists, fishermen and walkers, of whom there were plenty.
