The room was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. There wasn't a lot of parking, but the bathroom and room were both very clean. It's close to tourist attractions and very convenient for getting around.

Easy check-in, staff are easily contactable. If you are arriving after front desk hours, just give them a call. Easily instructions will be given. Room is spacious. TV has the lodge's netflix account, so you may want to check in early :)) Only concern is door lock is one-way, recommend owner to consider better locks since right outside of the room door is the car park.

The motel was in a good location. All of Whitianga's restaurants and a cinema were within walking distance. Unfortunately, no air conditioning. The room was very large with a separate bedroom and living room. There was an additional bed in the living room. However, the bedroom only had a small window, which I found very odd. The small kitchen was quite practical.

We stayed as a family of 4 the rooms were emaculately clean, the beds were beautiful and very generous sizing, local milk in beauitful glass bottles connecting the local rural communiy was a great touch.All appliances were new and whisper quiet, which meant we all slept very well. Glenys gave us plenty of advice on where to take the children, local hot pools were a hit and the domain next door with playground gardens and basket ball courts for free family fun, the exploding geyser was great entertainment, very handy location to all the walking tracks up mt Te aroha, supermarket and shops easy walking distance from motel. The service was second to none. Rod and Glenys were amazing hosts who went above and beyond to make sure we all had the best stay. We had car trouble, and they opened their garage and time to help us get back on the road forever grateful.Truely, beautiful caring people. We will be back again soon and have told all our friends and family of our new favorite motel

El estudio con una habitacion era muy amplio, muebles en muy buen estado. La cama súper cómoda y grande. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. Personal muy amable Un par de molestias: la recepción está en el hotel de enfrente y has de hacer el check in allí. Y la segunda es que había algún insecto volador de aspecto parecido a una cucaracha pequeña que no sabemos de dónde salían porque todo estaba muy limpio

Hahei's hotel has not many choices in the peak season, this is a rare small room type suitable for two people. The interior is exquisitely furnished and the garden environment is beautiful. Hahei is humid in summer and there is an electric fan in the room, which relieves a lot. The garden room type says that there is a kitchen. In fact, there is a small refrigerator and a microwave oven, but there is no stove, so it is recommended to expect reasonably. Go to town center 10 for a minute, there is a good pizza shop, so it is no problem not to cook.

Surprisingly, I was very happy that the owner was Korean. Everything from top to bottom is very meticulous, from gourmet restaurants to small convenience stores, It's great for me as an unplanned traveler... Travel plan? Where should I go? Although we had booked the economy room at the back with garden view, we had a small private terrace at leisure. And finally *** could sleep with the door open and singing birds, because there were mosquito nets (the first time in NZ after more than three weeks!). Equipment modern and at a high level. We would return, but the next time with water view book - these units looked fantastic even for longer stays!
