It's easy to get to from Orlando Airport, and there's a bus stop nearby! There's a Waffle House right in front of the hotel, so you can eat delicious waffles anytime, anywhere! It was absolutely delicious!
It's also about a 25-minute drive to Disneyland, so it's very convenient and I'd like to use it again!!
Breakfast starts at 7am, and there's a waffle bar where you can make your own, cupcakes, and a drink bar, so it was better than the reviews said!! lol
I really enjoyed Disney!!

The hotel is in a good location with free parking and convenient transportation. It is about a 10-minute walk from the town center (where there are many restaurants). The room is clean and tidy. The breakfast is a bit simple, mostly pre-made hamburgers, which are heated in the microwave.

Temporarily decided to stop at Destin for one night, and saw its location on the Internet very well. There were more than 10% bad reviews. It seemed that there was no fatal problem. I booked it. Anyway, I checked in and left early in the morning. As a result, we went to the front desk to ask us to show the ID. This is the first time we have traveled to the United States many times, and the sense of security suddenly doubled. After checking in from the hotel, I walked to the pier to participate in the boat tour of Destan. 1.5 hours under the red sunset, we enjoyed the amazing beauty of Destan, and the boat and dolphin chase were endless. Hotel breakfast is also good, in short, this motel management is in place, the location is great!

PPatrick JM100% this for the solo traveler, not for families. Great location has its pitfalls from random people hanging out late nights and you're in location of construction going on around you. No security on site.

Llil baby blueI don't even know where to begin America's value downtown beautiful Sarasota Florida it's definitely one of a kind whether it's a steak Asian or a vacation. Customer service for desk are always so professional well-mannered and willing to help and will always go the extra mile. I've been saying it this room at least three times a week for less 2 months never have had an issue with a chicken or a dirty room anything of that matter they take pride in their building and they're exterior as well as their interior. They have rooms with non-smoking smoking poolside gardenside or even with a balcony standing room double room king size room double bed full bed so it's definitely worth the variety and it's such a great amazing price you must have a key to get inside the building to get to your room you must be fully checked in and have a key for your safety is taken into consideration as well on their behalf. In the front office is where you get your breakfast complimentary breakfast cereal coffee through orange juice apple juice they have as well. I got to say for their price they really do their job well to keep it great growing business keep up the good work and as always I love my stay with you it's my home away from home whether it's for a night movie or a month and I promise you won't be disappointed soda machine on site snack vending machine on site laundry last night as well as ice machine they carry Wi-Fi mini refrigerator and microwave as well what can I say it's like a mini apartment thank you for keeping everything so beautiful nice and as always I will keep coming back see you again soon this is definitely a five-star rating hotel in my eyes I promise you won't be disappointed.

GGuest UserFor the price of this hotel, it is in an excellent location and is very clean. During our stay, there were lots of things that weren’t working or were broken in the hotel, including the key card machine, so we were only given 1 key card for a room for 3 people. In our room, the bathroom door handle had been ripped off on the inside before we got there and one of our friends got locked inside with no way out. She tried multiple times on multiple numbers for the hotel/front desk and not a single one worked. They were either in Spanish and hung up immediately or were disconnected. Luckily she was able to get in touch with us to come and let her out (she was in the room alone) but that meant travelling back to the hotel from another location. We were told by the front desk after this incident that they would come and fix the door but they never did. The washing machines were also broken so we were only given 2 towels every few days between 3 people. If there hadn’t been so many things broken, it would have been a decent stay.

MMichelle Anderson (Shell)As always I received excellent service from the staff. The room, while economical, was clean, tidy and attractively decorated. A microwave, small TV, coffeemaker, and refrigerator were sanitary and in working order. The hot water is plentiful and the shower/ bathtub larger than what is usually found in a motel of this price bracket. Two Queen sized beds, neatly made with crisp white linens were comfortable and set with plenty of fresh pillows. The central location is optimal for dining and shopping and just a few minutes away from historic downtown Chipley, Florida, and from a nature park. Panama City is less than an hour away, and the beaches are about the same. The price of a room is very reasonable and one would expect to pay a hundred dollars or more per night for a comparable accommodation, but not here.
I've had excellent experiences, here, at The Roof Inn, Chipley, Florida, and will recommend the establishment to friends and family for the foreseeable future.

AAnonymous UserI think there could be better amenities In all room specifically a microwave and mini fridge. There was some barriers with communication with the staff but it all evened out and my stay was very comfortable and they respected my request to not bang on my door so early and skip for housekeeping. I just did not like how they communicated it at first with me even telling me they would go to the lengths of making me leave the property. It was too much chaos but I think the guy up front understood after a day or two that I have health problems and that it wasn't just extra with my request. It was the one thing I didn't need to go through but he started being nicer and respectful which in glad because I would have left. Iwas undergoing surgery and recovering on my stay and my health is important to me. And the stress was not good for my heart. Hopefully nobody else experiences this.

GGuest UserNice cute place. If you want there are kayaks to use. I didn't go. Owners were not always on site when I looked for them. Nice pool area. The only issue is whatever cleaning products some places use is horrible. Maybe it's just me but I wanted my window open and could not open it. I was thinking because one latch was broken but when I went to ask she didn't know and so I Ms have someone check it later. Well later never came and when I asked someone else they just said they didn't know. She could come look at it but it doesn't really pay to. So no one knew off the windows actually opened or not. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to now. Continental breakfast in the morning. Close to beach. Would stay again. And Bayside tavern is right next door with awesome food and nice people.
