Because it was the off-season, the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom! It was clean and luxuriously decorated. It happened to be raining that day, so I didn't go out much and quietly enjoyed my time alone in the hotel. Of course, what touched me most was the friendly service of all the staff. Every time I passed the front desk, they greeted me warmly and asked if I was comfortable. In short, everything was wonderful! Although I don't know when I'll be able to come back to this small, beautiful country of Andorra again, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The staff is lovely, they made an open reservation for me because I couldn't go on the day booked, and they upgraded me for free to a suite with a balcony facing the square. The breakfast is very good, local products of very good quality, and very varied. I will return on my next trip to Andorra, it is worth it for the price-quality ratio.

The spaces are very small, it is very difficult to park there and the parking in general is complicated and uncomfortable, with steep slopes and little room to maneuver. Honestly, it is not worth the price you pay. As for the room, it was too small and poorly soundproofed: you could hear absolutely everything from the corridor and other rooms, which made it difficult to rest well. In addition, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The only positive point is the good location. It is very central and it is easy to get around Escaldes-Engordany on foot if you plan to do sightseeing or shopping. However, I would not repeat it.

The location is excellent, just one block from the main business street and close to the promenade where the hot springs and museums are located. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, with many options to choose from. My only recommendation is to call ahead to reserve parking because when we arrived, everything was full, and parking in the city is very expensive, €28 per day.
