A good room on the 5-star side, but not by booking through Trip. Also, I booked a room and then they made me pay for a second person, with an additional charge for my wife, and that to me is in bad taste. You guys look bad.
The room they gave us did not have hot water and the breakfast was very expensive for me, 18 euros. So I decided to go down for just one day. They told me it was 9e but it wasn't like that. The hotel is very good, but we haven't been in a while, but I think we're going to stop going again, because the intermediaries are ineffective, and they're going to see who they catch being stupid.
Very attentive and friendly receptionists. Nearby and free parking. Very complete buffet breakfast. The elevator is VERY small, SLOW and very old, I chose to use the stairs. The rooms are somewhat old but the bathroom (with bathtub) is large and renovated. It has a hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and gel. Very complete.

Only problem, our coffee maker didn't work.
The only suggestion made was to have a coffee at the hotel restaurant and pay.
The least we could have done was to offer coffee, I think.
Despite this, a nice hotel and pleasant staff.
This is a busy Hotel, the price is really competitive and value for money. The point is kinda busy so is not comfy to get around because they have a few elevators, the staff is nice but again there are a few of them, it might be because we went out of season and lots of bikes. If you are an outgoing person and have patience to wait and share is worth to try, u can find some friends in the queue (like we did)!

El spa, un poco dejado, con moho en las paredes en las partes de la sauna. Muchos niños pequeños, de 21 a 22 es only adults, se podria ampliar este horario.
En cuanto al desayuno a nivel de comida esta bien, el punto mas importante a mejorar es la limpieza de los platos, estan todos sucios, antes de poner los platos al friega platos hay que enjuagarlos y/o pasar la manguera con agua caliente, en algunos platos quedaba comida y manchas de jabón. Esto es inaceptable
The hotel is ideal for weekend excursion. Very close to Andorra la Vella. In general the facilities are very good and the room is very comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional.
Our room had a spectacular view of the mountain.

The shower space was also quite narrow, and some water leaked over to my bed. Aside from these small details, everything else was impeccable and I had a very positive experience.

GGuest UserVery warm, heating is sufficient, very clean, breakfast is many types, parking is free, although old, but it is very comfortable to live, the mattress is not soft, sleep comfortably. The price is worth it, suitable for self-driving. There is a distance from the city.
AAnonymous UserEl Hotel está muy bien ubicado, a escasos minutos del centro de Andorra la Vella. Tiene parking gratuito al aire libre o por 12€ ( está bien de precio), tiene parking cubierto también, no es muy grande pero para aparcar no necesitas más. El desayuno es tipo buffet y lo van rellenando a cada rato, lo cual está genial pq he ido a otros que solo lo rellenaban una vez y los últimos en llegar a penas tenían que desayunar. Si vas en invierno, como nosotros, no te preocupes del frio en la habitación, hace incluso calor jajaja, está perfecto. Lo mejor sin duda el personal, tanto el de la mañana como el de la tarde/noche. El chico que nos hizo el checkin por la tarde era encantador.
