The hotel has potential. Well located, with a beautiful mto view depending on the room. Allowable breakfast, without a lot of variety but just for value. But it ends there. It's falling pieces. Rooms can be swallowed. I booked a room with a couple bed request, I was put on a single bed, and they didn't move a finger to solve the situation. The next day, they switched me from the room, after a lot of insistence pq the room telephone I was not working, I forgot an object in the room and it took more than one month to send me. It was more than 20 days with my money (I had already sent the value of the mail) and without answering, answering e-mail, nothing. There was general incompetence. In addition, I saw them conducting reproachable conduct with other guests. If they enjoyed it was a competition fds in the city (consequently with much movement) and cancelled bookings made by site as booking, only for the person to have q booking private superfaturated. All was a chaos. I would never come back.

The hotel was very good, efficient and fast team for check in & out. The facilities are well used, deserve care and I suggest renovating the bathroom.

I loved the days q I passed in this hotel, all mto staff careful and educated . Hotel mto well located , mto clean, and near the Müller shopping . The board and iron of passing clothes have. Electric coffee maker for tea. The shower is great. The bathroom has shampoo and air conditioner and a great hair dryer .

After arriving in Palhoca, Brazil for a 35 day vacation, the accommodations that we reserved was terrible. There was no way that we could stay even one night. We were blessed when we called the Firenze Business Hotel and spoke to Pedro. He was fantastic. It was even more than a blessing that the hotel was only a short walk from where we were. After dragging all of our luggage the short distance, we were welcomed with open arms. Pedro went far and above to get us settled. In the morning, we met another angel, Natasha. She worked out all the details so that we could stay for the entire time. Natasha was there every morning with a smile and helped us on every matter that we had.Only due to the dedication of the entire staff, this vacation would have been a disaster. So to Natasha, William, Thayse, Pedro, Paulo, Edwardo, Leonardo, and the entire staff of the Firenze Business Hotel, we thank you. To all those looking for a great place to stay for one night or for a long term length of time, you can do no better than the Firenze Business Hotel and the wonderful staff that they have.

The hotel is well located, close to the public market and the famous Hercilio Luz Bridge. We stay in the luxury apartment with sea view, well spacious, the parking service is the part, with a manufacturer.

The hotel has a very convenient and excellent personal service.The central location and direct access to shopping.Excellent cost benefit, limo and offers rooms without carpets, the coffee could be improved a little.The room has limited Wi-Fi.

I booked for Hoteis.com and, as I understand from the hotel staff, if you don't book directly with them, they will not do absolutely anything for you in that hotel. Every time I had to talk to someone here the answer was “but why didn't you book directly with us.” It is, if you don't need anything OK, you have to forget. They'll ask you not to answer. The night I arrived had to talk to the reception, and the official just picked up the phone and called in a room to talk to another guest while I was talking to him. I've been in super simple hotels with excellent service. I can't say the same about the Blumenau Square.

I'm hosted in this hotel 4 days ago and even asking for a beach for Claudio, at the morning of the first day, I was put only one extra bed. Including even though I, my wife and a 3-year-old baby, we are in 3 single beds. Every day we left the window completely lacked for the child's sake, and today when we arrived from a day of walk, the window was completely open with the curtains covering it. As I was without wind, I did not know whether I had something open or not; and thus my son almost came out by the window and was unbalanced (with something of God pulling him into the window), and thus we spoke to him. Careful son and he said, ”The window is open, Mom, there is nothing more to say,” after the greatest fear we have had in our life, we call the reception to report what happened. In 10 minutes, the person at the reception (day 31/07 at 19:30) came to the room and gave me a chain!!!!! But there is no place to put chain in the window! . I spoke to him about the absurdity that had happened, and he told me: 'A thousand excuse, one of these situations the hotel can even close. To not shock his face I said: ”Did you have killed my son?” He realized the m*** I had said and now what I have left is to hope to finish the day soon with certainty that I will never again indicate that space for anyone and I will certainly speak the same in the agency I reserved.

Let me start by saying I am quite picky when it comes to hotels and this hotel was beyond expectations, location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, the lobby is simply beautiful with earth tones and nice lighting and the room was extremely comfortable, spacious nicely decorated, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom and many tv channels, but the breakfast was wonderful, several kinds of fresh delicious bread, 2 or 3 kinds of croissants, fruits eggs and bacon, fresh hot pão de queijo and really good expresso, and again fantastic staff everywhere, doing everything possible to make our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is well located, clean, hygienic and convenient. It is very close to the promenade along the seaside promenade, the cross-sea hero bridge and downtown. There is a China in Box nearby, with an Asian flavor, which can satisfy people who are not very used to Brazilian food.

We had a great stay! The breakfast was nice and the rooms are quite specious with very comfortable beds.

We are hosted in the 8th floor. dirty AP. dark corridors. broken safe dirty bedrooms in the checkin, i.e. , room that should have been cleaned or washing bedroom was replaced, restaurant delayed. Hotel without infrastructure for children, no baby cup or microwave. If it weren't the attention of Dioní at the reception I would have gone, and cleaning of Marta the night, which we had to call because we went out and when we returned, no cleaning had been done in the room. Deixo minha avaliação negativa 1/5 que pode colocar na conta da funcionária com aparência indígena (nome Cynthia), que ficava a maior parte do tempo mexendo em um notebook na cozinha. Suponho que tenha uma função de orientar os outros funcionários, mas deve estar ganhando a mesma coisa pela cara feia o tempo todo. Estava eu de boa mexendo no celular enquanto aguardava o prato que pedi de noite, aí percebi que alguém estava me encarando. Quando olhei esse ser me mediu de cima a baixo. No dia seguinte, sentei pra pedir uma feijoada. Daí ela chegou na moça que fazia os pedidos e perguntou ”ele vai pedir alguma coisa??” , como se fosse pra me mandar sentar em outro lugar. Daí conformei a implicância comigo. Tanto funcionário bom buscando reconhecimento e colocam uma pessoa com comportamento grotesco, levando uma com cliente de graça.

O hotel é maravilhoso, bem moderno, tudo novo! O atendimento é ótimo! O quarto é cheiroso e tudo muito limpo, organizado e amplo! Ficamos em um quarto de frente para a rodovia e não ouvimos nenhum barulho que pudesse incomodar! O estacionamento é pago! Café da manhã muito bom! Fica em uma localização estratégica, no meio do caminho para a região Norte, Centro e região leste! Nós fizemos um tour completo pelo hotel e vai estar em nosso canal do Youtube chamado Casados Por Ai, em breve! Nós super indicamos o hotel!

I stayed here for 4 days and overall, had a great experience. The hotel is new and had been open for 1 week when I arrived. Check In/out: It was a bit slow as I think they were still getting used to check ins and also because I was from outside the country (credit card processing, passport, etc--I think I was their first guest from the USA). Check out was fast. Room: I booked the ocean front (Luxo Frente Mar). The room that i originally checked into had a strange odor (sewage like). I called downstairs and they moved me immediately to another room. Amenities were really nice, and air conditioning worked perfectly. Very important when you are dealing with the hot sun of Floripa. Dining/Breakfast: TOP NOTCH. Amazing food!! The breakfast was buffet style. The drinks were well proportioned and they had good mixologists making them. I forgot the Manager's name (wore glasses) but he was very professional and helpful, especially with food allergies and dietary restrictions. Concierge/Front Desk: Excellent. Jean really knows the island and has great connections and recommendations. If you need anything, he is the guy that can help. Other: -The hotel has hybrid road bikes for use. This was one of the highlights of the stay because I used the bikes to go all over Florianopolis. They are high quality bikes so it makes for a great leisure (or speed) ride. The island is very safe so I highly recommend it. -There is a pool on the rooftop that is a good place to sunbathe and relax. -The gym has brand new free weights, machines, and treadmills. Overall a great stay! Looking forward to staying again.

It's ok, but not worth the money. There are better hotels around the area. Busy street, not quiet room. The details shows a very used / old hotel. The bed is comfortable. Nothing much. Ok hotel. Good breakfast, many options. Staff very helpful.

Excellent hotel, excellent location, excellent infrastructure, friendly service, excellent breakfast. Hotel has its own parking, the only criticism is the difficulty of using the parking due to over-pillar and small space in the size of the vacancies, but this criticism and rewarded for the quality as much as the hotel has.

The hotel is located on the beach street, with a relaxing area that offers excellent views. The heated pool is small and the jacuzzis were not available. The room is spacious and the shower provides a pleasant bathroom. Breakfast features many items and has regular rest; table items are quickly removed. Payment parking (like almost all hotels in the city). It is possible to walk to the central Avenue or the north point.

We are now hosted, unfortunately. My husband booked for hotel is.com, where he said he had been taste and room service with limited time. We arrived at the end of the evening, exhausted, with our 3-year-old daughter still more exhausted. Then we asked our daughter a half cup of brown milk: NOT DISPONIBLIZED. It's a baby cup, but only the microwave.... I was thinking: certainly not to serve milk at breakfast, pq is very absurd a hotel to say with international standard and not to provide (having???) half cup of milk for a child, since it has no room service! We have spent the last three nights in a Penha hostel: the last three nights have cost little more than a Mercure daily, and they have provided meat (not charged) every night. We're not going to pay the current price for the parking, because on the site where we book, there is another value. Be honest to the same on this issue, because you have no way to fix the fact that there is no room service... what disappointment!

Rooms without furniture , such as chair table etc, bathroom without place to place the towel products , shampoo creams , has only one corner to place the toothbrushes . The hotel manager was not sympathetic with the problem, said that the hotel was full and had taken away some rooms because of discharges and did not give me the option of switching rooms, small and tight garage to leave with the car , good cleaning of the rooms and staff of the very efficient reception , very good breakfast coffee.

The staff at the afternoon of the reception was not very sympathetic, no reception, well dry with the guests. When I arrived I had a TV problem, I asked someone to check and a boy came with a control that was badly working, worse than what was already in the room that was not working. On the second day he had a problem with water, when they talked that he had no plan to solve the problem, very dry, nor at least one excuse he had, we had to take a freezer bath after a day of park, for the value could be a more pleasant hotel, the reception eh is beautiful outside, but the rooms are not the same way.

The hotel is clean and tidy, the service is good and the travel is convenient.

The hotel is very charming, varied breakfast, has a restaurant in the local, the service team was very nice.

The hotel is a Joinville icon, staff service is excellent, they are very friendly and requested, parking is not very safe, the door is open all the time and there are no covered places. The coffee is charged separately, I didn't consume, the restaurant is very good, the dish I asked was great, the rooms are old and the small balconies and fear, the guards and beds also look very old, as well as the lift.

All very careful, we had a small but, we gave us a room 604, which I went strange, because it didn't seem to be in a Mercure, the small bed and gardens with ovens, air conditioning not working and TV without synonyms, But at the same time we were exchanged from room to 608 this yes standard Mercure, with a large couple bed and everything works and clearly a downward garden, people, that can't happen !!!!!! .... After this small countertime everything was as expected, excellent breakfast, wide room and comfortable bed, traveling through Brazil and the world and from the beginning I scared ...mas passed ... Now the attention was wonderful!!!!

Bom hotel bem localizado ótima relação custo benefício, tem restaurante no local o que é prático para viagens rápidas.

Hotel atende maneira básica para uma curta temporada. Atendimento prestativo. Dos pontos que podem melhorar: travesseiros e toalhas. Precisa usar os 4 travesseiros para parecer que está com um. O blackout da janela nao veda totalmente. Entao de manha... voce não terá o quarto escuro. Leve tapa olhos. As toalhas sao daquelas bem finas e quase transparentes. A arrumacao do quarto, nos dias depois do check in é bem mais ou menos. A cama, tudo sem esticar direito e tive de refazer. O exaustor que tem no banheiro é muito antigo e fraco e ruim de absorver odores e cumprir sua função. Também a comida do restaurante é bem média pelo preço cobrado. O strogonoff era algo duro e sem caldo nenhum. Seco .

I was Extremely happy with the service I had received from a staff member you have working there (Isnando) if I have spelt his name wrong I apologise in advance. one of the best Customer service I have come across Extremely helpful with directions around the city & what places visit. Bonus was the best shower I have experienced.
