The location is very good, less than 100 meters from Paulista Avenue. It is very comfortable to walk on the pedestrian street on weekends. The surrounding streets are relatively safe and clean. The service is satisfactory, providing laundry, fitness, swimming, business meetings, etc. The facilities are a bit old, but they meet the general business and tourism requirements. It is about 31 km from the airport, 50 minutes if there is no traffic jam. There are not many breakfast options, but it is enough.
The hotel is relatively new, and the environment and rooms are clean and tidy, with all facilities in good condition. However, the rooms are indeed quite small; if you have a lot of luggage, there might not be enough room to put it all in. The desk is very narrow, not even wide enough for a computer.
The breakfast is relatively plentiful; you can order fried eggs separately, and get a form to choose your preferred cooking method and toppings.
The hotel room is large and clean. The breakfast is also good, but the waiting time for the elevator in the morning is long. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The hotel is average — neither good nor bad, just okay. I was able to use the free airport shuttle at night and again to get back to the airport, which was convenient. There was hot water. Some areas were a bit dirty, but nothing extreme. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was good. However, in my opinion, the price-to-quality ratio is poor.
I had a fantastic stay at Laghetto Stilo São Paulo. Everything was excellent — the room was spotless and well-maintained, the location was convenient for both work and leisure, and the staff provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The amenities were top-notch, including a well-equipped gym and a comfortable workspace, which made it ideal for a business traveler like me. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting São Paulo!
Beautiful boutique hotel at a lovely location, surrounded by much larger (but also older) 5 star hotels. Many restaurants in walking distance, especially Japanese ones (Ramen, Sushi, etc)
The hotel is quite good, maybe a little bit lacking compared to Radisson in other countries, but it was the best hotel in Brazil (even though I stayed in a 5-star Hilton hotel, for example). As a traveller, it's necessary to accept that it is Brazil and not to accept the hotel to be super good.
What I liked: the willingness of staff to help, the variety of breakfast—different coffee machines + teas + a lot of powder hot drinks. Hotel was quite clean and close to Paulista Avenue.
What I didn't like: staff didn't speak that much English, and the furniture seems quite old. Breakfast: there was no variety in terms of hot food (but there was a chef who cooked the eggs) and not so many ”healthy” options like yoghurt (only drinking yoghurt) and salads.
THERE ARE ALWAYS LINES AT RECEPTION. IF YOU ARRIVE BETWEEN 6:00 PM AND 8:00 PM THERE IS A LINE THAT CAN TAKE UP TO 30/40 MINUTES. IN THE MORNING THERE ARE ALSO LINES TO CHECK OUT.
DUE TO HIGH OCCUPANCY, THIS HOTEL HAS TO HAVE AT LEAST 8 TO 10 PEOPLE AT RECEPTION AT PEAK TIMES. THERE ARE ALWAYS 4 TO 6 AT MOST.
The hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation, especially in the rooms and bathrooms. There was a strong odor from the carpet. The bathroom had an old bathtub that you had to step into to use as a shower. On the bright side, the breakfast was good and offered everything one might need.
The room is clean and hygienic. The waiter has a great attitude! The neighborhood is relatively safe than other places! One of the steaks in the restaurant is good! Worth recommending!

Good
GGuest UserLocal well located, with a pleasant structure.
In the meantime, I had a problem in my room, in which a bluse was swallowed, I tried to contact the government, they opened a call and I had no return from what could have happened to then. Even if it is a bluse with a symbolic value, I believe that this is a serious safety issue.
GGuest UserAt the end of Paulista Street (paraiso paradise)
At the other end is Consolaçao (comfort)
Very convenient. The hotel environment is good. The room is also large. The high floor city view is also good. The price is economical. Recommended
SSernaA wonderful hotel, which especially pleased with the breakfasts. Including gluten-free options. The hotel has a SPA - a good massage was very useful after a long flight. On the ground floor there is a restaurant where you can have a delicious dinner. The hotel itself is a little tired, but definitely better than the neighboring Grand Mercury, and the price difference is not great.
GGuest UserThe environment is beautiful and the service is excellent. It's incredibly convenient for dining out and catching taxis, and parks, shopping malls, and other shopping areas are all within easy reach.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped. Just a heads-up that you'll need to bring your own towels, toothbrushes, and similar personal items.
GGuest UserThe best hotel experience in Brazil during business trips, the front desk speaks English, there is a large shopping mall opposite the hotel, it is very convenient to eat and shop, the hotel breakfast is also very good 👍👍👍
GGuest UserThe hotel is very conveniently located in the center. Within walking distance of the metro, bus stop. If Sao Paulo is your first stop in Brazil and you are planning a trip around the country, then you should choose this hotel. The bus terminal is 15 minutes away by car. There are many restaurants and shops near the hotel, as well as bars and night clubs. An ancient church is 5 minutes walk away, worth seeing. Breakfast at the hotel is very good, they cook deliciously and a lot.
SShenJessievery pleasure experience with Allure Moema Apartment. I am here for the Sao Paulo Expo, and THIS APARTMENT HOTEL IS AMAZING.
First, the location is very great, the neighborhood is very quiet and clean, you can easily shop within 5 minutes of walking to a very big shopping mall.
Second, the room and hotel are super professional. they have a gym and working zone that can quietly work inside. and all hotel are very clean and no noise during my trip.
Third, I love the staff here. and they are sooo patient and soooo nice. If I can back to Sao Paulo again, I definitely will choose this hotel again.
At first, as foreigners, we don't have local currency to pay the bill and they are willing to give us time and solutions to solve the problems. And, unfortunately, my backpack was stolen in a restaurant and I lost all my belongings. They were very concerned about my condition and comforted me thoughtfully. They even helped the kind people find my passport and help me return to my country as soon as possible.
I am so grateful I chose this hotel and I am so grateful that I met all these great people in Sao Paulo.
Definitely, a Great choice if you want to visit Sao Paulo Expo!

AAnonymous UserThe transportation is convenient, there is a large shopping mall nearby, shopping is very convenient, there is food on the first floor, breakfast is at the hotel, lunch and dinner are at the shopping mall opposite, there are restaurants of various flavors.
