An unforgettable trip! Lake Louise is incredibly famous, and the shuttle to Moraine Lake (thank you, Trip.com, for helping with the booking) was great. Of course, this expensive hotel is made by its stunning environment. The tall, handsome, curly-haired young man at the front desk who checked us in was very polite and incredibly nice (apologies for not getting his name). The staff in the lobby were very friendly, proactively asking if we needed help, and we were able to check in early without a hitch. The lake-view room on the second floor (actually the third) was perfect. Although the room was a bit small, you could tell the hotel put thought into its layout and design, as we were able to fit two suitcases (24-inch and 20-inch). All of this made for a pleasant stay. Even though conversations in the hallway could be heard clearly, it was still quiet at night with no excessive noise. There are many hiking trails around, and a 2-day, 1-night stay allows you to fully explore Lake Louise. The breakfast service on the second day was excellent, and there were even Chinese-speaking staff who warmly welcomed us. If I had to mention any shortcomings, due to space constraints, the shower glass partition didn't have a door (I'm not sure if other rooms have partitions), and the hot water pressure was low, so you could only take a quick rinse.

The RCL was a complete surprise to me the junior suite was recently updated and was amazing, so much space with a great fireplace, large comfortable bed, attractive furnishings, coffee, fridge, ironing board, lovely robes and a swimming pool and steam room with little gym plus free apples and flavoured water in reception, would definitely stay again. Plus the only downside was the underground parking which costs $20 per night

Didn’t really take advantage of much here because I just stayed for a concert but the bed was actually really comfortable I found. Probably the best hotel bed Ive ever had a good sleep on. Be nice if the room I was in had a fridge too but other than that, would probably stay here again next time. The parking only has a 6ft2 clearance so if you drive a bigger truck, you’ll have to find somewhere else to park

The receptionist was very cheerful and the room was very clean! It is also located conveniently in Downtown Calgary. However, the temperature of the shower can be a bit tricky to adjust as it will either be too hot or too cold. But I was very satisfied overall and would recommend this hotel to fellow solo travellers!

The stay was okay, we liked the pool and breakfast part. Some staff are just un approachable. The fire alarm went off at 2am (false alarm). Fire department arrived, We got worried and called the reception she answered dismissively “it will turn off soon please stay in your room!” It took 30-40 mins for the alarm to stop.

The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect; there's a large supermarket right after crossing the railway crossing at the edge of the hotel's property, which was very convenient for shopping. The Roam bus stop for Banff was also only about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel staff, including the front desk, were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disappointing that the building felt a little old, but other than that, I had very few complaints. The Wi-Fi connected without any issues, and there were plenty of TV channels to enjoy movies. The view was also quite beautiful, and because it was so quiet, I actually preferred it to hotels in Banff.

This is my second visit this time it was perfect they renovated it since i walked in smells sooo clean and fresh the housekeeping manger sooo helpful and kind The buffet for dinner amazing Indian cuisine over all very nice experience especially at the pool

Had a great stay at this hotel. I enjoyed the convenience of having my food delivery brought to the front desk for easy pickup. The location is also very convenient, close to the airport, which made my stay more comfortable

Front desk staff was really nice and friendly. They always greet me when I come in and leave. Housekeeping was also friendly and made sure everything was neat and tidy. Location was good too. I love the view. The only thing I had an issue with was the hot water interruption on Wed, Sept 16th for 6 hrs. When I came back to my room, there was a brown colour coming out of the faucet and shower. I saw the notice about the water interruption but maybe more notice about the brown water coming out after maintenance next time.
