GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the airport. The food was good for the price. The staff were very nice and friendly. The only reason i gave a 4 for amenities is because there is no pool. It's a pretty good hotel for the price

BBirdie13We ordered room service and it never came to the room, after an hour or so we had to go to the lobby and ask, just an accident. But we confirmed the room number 3 times on the phone, and ate cold food which was a little disappointing for room service prices.

GGuest UserThis is my second stay at the Seven Oaks in a few months. The front desk staff was excellent for my arrival. Super friendly and helpful unlike my previous stay. This current receptionist set me up for a very pleasant stay. Sometimes the staff can make all the difference!

On the surface it looks very nice and modern and clean, but if you look closer you can see that the construction/upgrade work was cheap and not done properly. For example, the door in the bathroom looks very nice but if you look closer it is not flush with the wall, and the latch is actually sticking out very far from the frame in order for the door to line up with it because it is so crooked. Not a huge deal to me, but for the money I’d want it to be a bit more well done.
We did the “lil romance” package as well which was nice but not worth the money. We got a bottle of champagne, a cheesecake slice and some roses in the room, as well as a free breakfast from the restaurant which was all nice, but not for the price that it is. The food was ~20 each, and I could have brought a cheaper bottle of champagne myself which would have done the job just fine. Overall it was good, but I wouldn’t do it again.

There is a water park, which is noisy because there are many families.
The soundproofing is not very good.
Due to the complex structure of the hotel, it is difficult to find a room.

Bbeetymkosecond time staying here. Assigned room 222 Mattress that closest to the bathroom sagging from overuse is caused by the gradual breakdown of internal materials like foam, coils, or latex due to repeated pressure. It needs to be replace as it cause back pain. Breakfast is nah:( Mold on the cheese) please check. I liked the nightshift receptionist. very polite and easy going.
