This hotel boasts incredibly friendly staff and a stunning garden, creating a welcoming family-like atmosphere. However, the dining experience is hindered by a lack of variety in food options, particularly at breakfast. While the hotel excels in hospitality and ambiance, an enhancement in the culinary department is needed to provide a well-rounded experience.

GGuest UserJ’ai passé 3 nuits dans cet hôtel et j’en garde une très bonne impression. C’est un établissement simple, sans prétention, mais vraiment pratique : les prix sont très abordables et surtout l’emplacement est idéal, à seulement une minute de la station de métro Ali Boumendjel. Parfait pour se déplacer facilement.
Le personnel est un vrai point fort : hyper sympathique, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. Grâce à eux, le séjour est encore plus agréable.
En résumé : un hôtel simple, bien situé, pas cher et avec une équipe chaleureuse. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

RRono Li YahooLocated on Alger hillside, can enjoy the entire city scenery within walking distance. The rooms are clean and tidy, the breakfast is plentiful, and the facility decor is modern. Good for sightseeing and short business trips.

GGuest UserWe booked the hotel before booking the air tickets, but letter got the air tickets a day before our arriving date , we sent several messages to the hotel's e mail address as well as to trip.com to adjust our booking.... none responded to our communications, we tried to contact the hotel by phone, but they do not respond too.
with more frustration, when i showed the e mails copy at the reception counter (Hotel) the checked and informed that they have received the mails... did not even bother to give me any explanation for not responding to my request. My colleague and I, had to stay in a different hotel for 1 night and left AZ Hotel Vouge, D or a night before... this non - cooperation not only cost us USD 200 more but had to face a lot of trouble .

GGuest UserI had a layover in Algiers for less than 24 hours, so the free airport shuttle service was a real bonus for this hotel. The room and shower were spotless. Excellent! I highly recommend it.

SSangetudoufensibaoThe carpet on the floor was a bit dirty, but the room's cleanliness was otherwise acceptable. It wasn't noisy at all. There was a slight smell in the room, but it cleared up once I aired it out. The younger front desk staff were all very good and polite. However, the older female staff member was a bit pushy and unaccommodating. They were very strict about the 2 PM check-in time with no flexibility. For breakfast, there were many types of bread, but very few hot dishes.

GGuest UserI’ve found from experience in Algeria, customer service is not their forte. I’d suggest this is not just the HI but all service sectors in general, perhaps it’s the French influence, but regardless, across the whole residence I did not meet one cheery, polite or energetic person, everything just seemed to be troublesome or beneath them, I blame management however and somewhat by need, I will return however, let me conclude by suggesting the hotel is very nice, my room was well appointed and clean, the restaurant and food within, commendable.
As an aside, do book the hotel taxi service to and from the airport, it was efficient and very cheap compared to other countries I visit.

GGuest UserI had a lovely experience at the Atlantis Hotel. The location is incredibly central, making it easy to explore the area and access everything I needed. The customer service was excellent throughout my stay — the staff were consistently polite, helpful, and welcoming. I specifically wanted to thank Bilal, Souad, Houria. Breakfast was fresh and nicely presented with a good variety to choose from. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. I would happily return and recommend it to others.

AAnonymous UserI must say that the night was particularly restless due to the constant noise from the air conditioning and refrigerator, as well as the neighbors, since the walls are very thin, allowing you to hear everything. Furthermore, the shower was extremely noisy, and children were running around the hallways and slamming doors from 7:00 a.m. onwards. I must admit that I didn't sleep well, and I wouldn't recommend this place.
And I was disappointed by the so-called private parking; it was just the sidewalk right in front of the hotel.
