GGuest UserThe hotel is very nice. The location is a bit secluded, but still easily accessible. Being on a side street, it's definitely super quiet. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great, a wide selection of everything. They also cater to allergies. The coffee, unfortunately, was from a machine and not very good. Our room (Deluxe) was large and good, but unfortunately located in the corner of the building. The view from the bed was directly into the neighboring room. Also, free water in the room would have been a nice touch.
The gym was unfortunately very disappointing. For a hotel of this category and size, one would expect better quality and a wider selection of equipment. The pool area is very beautiful with its landscaping, a small paradise. In our opinion, they should clean up more often; empty glasses are standing and lying around everywhere.
Despite everything, it's a very nice hotel. WE WOULD BOOK IT AGAIN.

GGuest UserI had a comfortable stay at the Ibis hotel before my flight home. The room was clean and comfortable and had all the necessities needed.
The location is peaceful and ideal for getting to the airport for an early flight via the shuttle bus. The staff were friendly, but the only small drawback was that the dinner menu at the hotel was very limited to a few options.

GGuest UserThe hotel is strategically located, just 100 meters from the bus and metro stops. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly, and the cleaning service is impeccable. In short, highly recommended. You can't go wrong!

There is no parking lot in the hotel, so you need to park in a nearby public parking lot. The hotel does not have a 24-hour front desk, so you cannot check in too late.

KKoyeeThe hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! Palm Avenue, Mushroom Street, and the Castle Elevator are all within walking distance. The room has two bathrooms, both with showers. The room faces east, offering direct views of the sunrise with the beach, sea, and sky right outside the window. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants just across the street – so convenient!

TTayfur69We had reserved a room without a balcony. Upon check-in, we were offered an upgrade to a room with a balcony for 25 euros a day. We initially declined, but changed our minds after seeing the room we were given in the annex building. I must say, the only difference was definitely not just the balcony 😊.
The rooftop pool, while a great concept, is very shallow. Moreover, when you ask for a towel there, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception to get one. If you want something to drink, you have to pay for it on the spot. If you ask to charge it to your room, you're told you have to go down 7 floors to reception again to process it for room connection.
I couldn't understand why the hotel's name includes the word 'Beach,' as you have to walk for 18 minutes in 35-40 degree heat to reach the nearest beach.
There were no slippers in the rooms.

GGuest UserReasonably easy to find(arrived pm from rail station), welcome on arrival as expected for a 1 night stay pleasant, room clean plenty of towels, walk to Centre along front very pleasant (unfortunately it rained heavily caught taxi easily in city pleasant driver) therefore we couldn't explore the town more. Bed comfy breakfast satisfactory, plenty of choice. Airport bus stop outside of hotel. Ideal place for a stay in Alicante

HHaPpY JeAnThe staff were very kind and upgraded us to a larger room than usual. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and had strong water pressure. The bedroom had air conditioning even though it was winter. The bed was soft and very comfortable, and there was plenty of space to organize our belongings. The breakfast was acceptable; although it was not very varied, it was sufficient for what we needed for breakfast

GGuest UserThe only negative aspect was the elevators. It was almost impossible to get from the second floor to the breakfast area with a stroller because there were only two elevators, and since the hotel had around 10–15 floors, they were always full when going down. Therefore, we had to carry the stroller down the stairs to reach the breakfast area. Apart from that, all the facilities were great. We would like to thank all the staff for their excellent service.
Lo único negativo fueron los ascensores. Era prácticamente imposible bajar desde la segunda planta hasta la zona de desayuno con el cochecito del bebé, ya que solo había dos ascensores y el hotel tenía unas 10–15 plantas, por lo que siempre bajaban llenos. Por ese motivo, tuvimos que bajar el cochecito por las escaleras para poder llegar a la zona de desayuno. Por lo demás, todas las instalaciones estaban muy bien. Muchas gracias a todo el personal por su excelente atención y servicio.
Tek olumsuz nokta asansörlerdi. İkinci kattan bebek arabasıyla kahvaltı alanına inmek neredeyse imkânsızdı. Otelde yalnızca iki asansör vardı ve otel yaklaşık 10–15 katlı olduğu için asansörler aşağı inerken sürekli dolu oluyordu. Bu nedenle kahvaltı alanına ancak puseti merdivenlerden taşıyarak ulaşabildik. Bunun dışında tüm olanaklar güzeldi. Çalışan personelin sunduğu güzel hizmet için çok teşekkür ederiz.
