nice clean hotel, not far from the airport, you can walk, I stayed for 1 day, clean room and linen, very good for a short stop after a long flight, very noisy Brits checked in with me, but I didn't hear them in the end.
This is a nice hotel, conveniently located near the beach. Street parking was a challenge on weekends, and while there's a garage, it's quite expensive for longer stays. The breakfast buffet was well-organized and offered a good variety.
A significant drawback was the difficulty in communicating in English; a basic grasp of Spanish is really necessary. We also had to request fresh bed linen after 7 days.
On the positive side, the staff were helpful and friendly. The double bed was comfortable, and we enjoyed a wonderfully hot shower. However, the room itself was very small, with the shower literally in the main area, and there was limited storage space. The swimming pool was excellent!
Was at the time they cheapest hotel in Benidorm.
It cost 8 EUR to get into town by taxi so if you are looking at cost,, cost that in.
Its above the Benidorm bus station so good for the bus back to Alicante 8EUR
Rooms are clean, good AC, no food gym was a box tick, the pool was OK, but had the greasy brigade on the sun loungers...... You've above the bus station FFS!
Hotel is good. Location is not in the city center, but in a pleasant clean cozy area. From the hotel on foot 15 minutes to the wonderful place of Valencia - the City of Arts and Sciences, where it is necessary to go. To the metro 15 minutes walk on the wonderful parking area (the metro line to the airport). To the city center (old city) and to the ZD-station on foot minutes 35-40 on a very pleasant route (or on transport). The hotel itself is clean, everything is necessary. 24-hour registration bar. Sustainable Internet. The room has all kinds of useful trimmings, such as shampoo, brushes, shaving machine and shower hat. The repair (design) in the hotel is a little bit obsolete, but when everything is clean and comfortable, the haytek is not always essential. One is a shortage - the room of the bathroom is not very good smell from the pipes (the technical staff should pay attention to this).
The room was quite spacious, clean, and tidy, with convenient public transportation nearby. There are bus stops just a hundred meters away. There's also a supermarket close by, making daily life very convenient. I even had the best paella in the vicinity. Definitely worth recommending.
Location: The hotel's location is excellent, close to the train station and several bus stops. You can easily walk or take a ride to the old town.
Facility: The hotel's design is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious. However, the mattress is absolutely terrible. Lying on it makes you feel like the bed might collapse at any moment. After a day of sightseeing, it's impossible to rest well on such a bed, leaving you even more sore the next day. By the way, Trip.com was very irresponsible. We left a note requesting a king-sized bed when booking, but our request was not communicated to the hotel.
Food: The breakfast area is spacious, but there aren’t many food options. We stayed for three days, and the breakfast menu didn’t change at all.
Overall: Hope the hotel can improve the mattress, as it’s a critical issue. Otherwise, the location is great, and the hotel is very new.
Very friendly staff. Welcoming and very co-operative. Hotel very modern, nicely refurbished, absolutely excellent full breakfast and room spotlessly clean. Nice swimming pool outside with sliding roof, very sunny location. Good gym. Local facilities, many restaurants nearby, large shopping centre close and IKEA nearby walking distance. Hotel located some miles from town centre but cabs no problem and bus stop 20 mins walk. All staff speak English. Most enjoyable stay.
I have stayed here several times, and the hotel is as good as always. This time I had more luggage, and I was going to other cities and then back. The hotel stored my luggage for free, which was very helpful. I recommend everyone to stay in this hotel when they come to Valencia.

FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: The room was clean but there was a lot of dust coming from the bedsheets and pillow cases or anything that had fabrics for which reason we had to keep the window open all the time.
Location: The location is perfect for those who are flying out from the Alicante airport. It’s only 7 mins drive from the airport. Our room was overlooking the beach, so you could watch the sunrise in the morning or even have a stroll on the beach. The walk to the beach was around 10-15 mins walk. The hotel has its own private car park. When you arrive at the gates, the gates automatically open as you park closer to the gates sensor.
Service: The check in service was quite slow. There was already a queue when we arrived. The guy at the desk was on the phone and another person in the back office coming in and out of the room. There wasn’t any communication about how long we will be waiting, whilst carrying our back pack after a long drive. After 10 mins the guy from the back office calls another person out and then the queue started disappearing. As for the check out, it was quick and simple. All we had to do was place the key into a check out box and that’s it.
Amenities: There was no hot drinks in the room. You had to go downstair to get a hot drink which was included in the room price. The bathroom had no towels or floor mat, which made the floor very slippery when you came out of the shower and also the bathroom has no air ventilator. The room also had a tv that had access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon prime etc, which u would need to log in using your own account details. All the channel on the TV was in Spanish, even the English movies or tv shows. I didn’t know how to change it to its original language.
Downside: I paid for a double room and 1 child bed, but because it was only me and my partner, they gave us 1 double bed where as I was hoping to have two separate beds in the room. I wasn’t happy with that. But because we was tired from a long drive, to then waiting in the reception queue for 10 mins, we both didn’t have the energy to complain and just wanted to rest. So we accepted the room as it was. But was vey disappointed that the room didn’t look the way it did in the picture and then on top of that the fabrics were releasing a lot of dust which made it hard to breathe in the room unless the window was open. But then opening the room made the room cold, so we just had to put up with it instead and be happy with whatever we got for the price we paid.
YYanaDesignWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at Port Hotel Alicante City and Beach.
The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and truly welcoming — you can feel that they work with their hearts.
The location is just perfect, close to the beach and with such a relaxing atmosphere.
The food was absolutely fantastic, every meal felt like a treat.
We truly felt like we were living in paradise. Highly recommend this hotel!
GGuest UserThe T Lodge feels like an old, rather gloomy, and neglected US-style motel, really only suitable for a one-night stopover like ours. I had chosen it strategically, as it was a bit outside the city center and on our route south, hoping for a good night's sleep before continuing our drive. Sadly, it proved to be very noisy inside, with paper-thin walls and a flimsy door (we even had to use earplugs). However, the friendly staff and a good breakfast, served in a pleasant and modern dining room, offered some small comfort after the terrible night. I should also highlight the free on-site parking, which is quite a rarity in Spain. Overall, I'd say the value for money was poor.
VVinci7788The hotel is clean, modern with all the necessities. It’s located in an industrial area close to the airport and there is nothing around but it’s also next to a commercial center (complete with brands and restaurants) plus it’s only a 15mins to Valencia city center by car. There is also free parking within the hotel area with gate hence quite safe. The room decent (as expected) and clean. The toilet is a capsule type of toilet which works well.
Everything is perfect for the quality and price and I would give it a 5/5, except there is no air conditioning in the room when I’m travelling in May. Reason being it’s centralised and they think the weather is still decent and not warm enough to justify turning on the air conditioning. I’m not sure if they ever tried sleeping in but it was horrible. It’s like sleeping in a sauna. Having the windows open helped but around 2am, there’ll be bad smell from factories nearby. The sole purpose of a hotel is allowing the customers to rest and sleep comfortably and it has failed despite all the other features and good services. It’s such a pity
MM31757****Very good, very close to the Science City, the Science Museum is very interesting. There is also a very large Carrefour supermarket and a shopping center with many shops and restaurants nearby. There are Chinese restaurants, Western restaurants, kebabs, Japanese food, etc. next to the hotel. There are many free parking spaces with white lines around, but it is not easy to find a space. We parked the car in a large parking lot 10 minutes walk away, which is also free. The roads in Valencia are too difficult to drive. There are many traffic lights at the roundabouts. Be careful when driving by yourself.
GGuest UserLovely hotel with really comfortable beds. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room. Towels changed daily. Great buffet breakfast with a good selection to for everyone

VViajero por sorpresaThe hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. More than a valid hotel to rest and asse*** during the stay at the Grao de Castellón
WWanghuohuoCHWLWe took the bus to the hotel, which was quite convenient. There was a supermarket next to it which was also convenient for shopping, and there were restaurants all the way to the subway line 7. The hotel is not big, and the front desk service is friendly. I checked in directly after arriving early, so there should be available rooms. I met a total of 3 waiters and they communicated in English very smoothly. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is very comfortable and big, the pillows are uncomfortable 😔, and the air conditioner is very noisy when it starts up for a while. The TV was placed very high up, very close to the bed, and it was very uncomfortable to look up at it. The bathroom is also very spacious, even the shower head and toilet flushing are not too big. The hotel has a swimming pool. You can get towels at the front desk. You need a shower cap. The water is very cold. Two waves of foreigners ran away from the cold, haha. It is very clean and there is a sauna room (you need to make a reservation at the front desk before using it, it should be preheated). I bought a drink at the front desk for 2 euros a can, which is not too expensive in comparison. The refrigerator in the room is usable, but there is only one bottle of mineral water.
BbarceloignacioIt was only one night, and without breakfast, but I found it to be a very comfortable hotel, in a very quiet area with good transport links. The staff was very friendly. The room was large, clean, bright and had a great bathroom.
