AAnonymous UserThe first time I came to Kuopio, Finland, I chose this hotel. The overall experience was quite good! The hotel staff is warm, the infrastructure is complete and the experience is very good. The sauna is comfortable, the first time I have a free sauna in the hotel.

Standard room a bit tired but clean. Poor layout of bathroom, take a shower and there's water over the entire bathroom floor. Mattress is slightly tired and too soft.
A bit expensive for what you get.

GGuest UserHotel is located on a beautiful lake and quite close to the supermarket. The staff were friendly and the room was fine for a basic room, but could have been cleaner. The spa however needs some work, as it is quite worn, especially the shower area. Pizza was great and restaurant staff wonderful.

MmosyxngHotel is just next to moomin ice cave. The infrastructure and hotel room is bit ”classic”. But there's a very nice lake nearby. Staff service is farily acceptable.

GGuest UserIt is a relatively modern hotel, there are many people staying, breakfast is eaten together at the hotel opposite the P floor. It is rare that people who will meet in Europe will queue up to get meals. The parking lot is large and there are many parking spaces. This is an advantage over there.

GGuest UserMe olimme reissussa puolisoni ja iäkkään anoppini kanssa. Varasimme huoneistohotellin puolelta majoituksen yhdeksi yöksi. Ongelmaksi osoittautui pesutilat, anoppini on huono liikkumaan. Hänellä oli vaikeuksia peseytyä, koska ei ollut istuinta minkä päälle voi istua peseytyessä.
Olisi tosi hyvä jos hotellilla olisi tukeva tuoli, minkä voi ottaa suihkuhuoneeseen mukaan tarvittaessa. Vai oisko sellainen ollut kun emme älynneet kysyä.
