2 persons 1serviet despite request. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and very comfortable. No salad at breakfast on Sunday morning. No air conditioning, it was very hot but impossible to open the window the world passes on the balcony. Sorry the outer greening framework is nice. Very disappointed.

Great location near Strasbourg train station! Just a 1–2 minute walk from the train station. The room was nice and clean, and there are plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby. The reception and cleaning staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the breakfast room staff were quite rude and arrogant, which was disappointing.

Beautiful hotel on the very center of Reims walking distance from the cathedral. Recently renovated. Big rooms, beautiful and user friendly design. Very clean. Nice spa, bar and restaurant areas. Very friendly and professional staff.

The hotel's location is actually quite good, but there's a section of cobblestone road leading to it, making it difficult to drag luggage. If you have luggage, you can also reach the hotel via a nearby park-like gravel path. If you arrive at night, taxis won't get you to the hotel entrance; there are two roadblocks, and you'll have to drag your suitcase in. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean, and reusable slippers are provided. The staff are all kind and friendly. It's quite convenient for taking photos at the cathedral and Petite France in the early morning and evening.

I was traveling with my daughter (youth). Our priority for hotel is location, near train station and safe for 2 female travelers. Le Grand’s location is fantastic, right opposite the train station and beside walking streets, everything was within walking distance. Take the local metro was also very convenient as it’s just at the main train station. The breakfast buffet was also good.

Room is clean. Bathroom are very small. Since it is near water front, there are mosquitos at night in the room. I got several bits and did not sleep too well. The hotel allows for storage of luggage for free which is nice.

Loved the location at the center of Thionville. There are pedestrian roads just around the corner with bars and restaurants and a supermarket and mall just next to the hotel. There are also lots of public parking spaces next to the hotel. The staff is very friendly,the rooms are modern and nice. So there is a nice rooftop at the hotel with a view and sofas and a bar to relax. At that floor you have a wellness area with sauna and upon appointment you can also book a massage. I did not have breakfast there, but it looked good. I would go back when I am in Thionville. Whether for business or even as a getaway weekend.

Everything was perfect, from the welcome to the services. The staff is smiling and friendly.
