It is a good one - however unlike its branch in Egypt, they didnt had shower cap, slippers, bathrub and other stuff in rooms. The staff and their service was really good. The buffet as well wasnt full of vareities as in egypt (no doughnut stand). It was an hour away from sight seeings. Beautiful lounge and bar area

love this Hotel stayed many times . just a few issues on this visit that didn’t quite get the excellent for me  The aircon on the room wasn’t working I phoned the desk and was told it’s on Heating mode only turn it off and start it again we did but the guy on the desk was unhelpful. also the breakfast was a little lacking this visit we went down at 9.20 and most of the rolls muffins and pastries had gone no bagels and the eggs fried were hard normally there is a menu where you can choose fresh eggs etc but as they had a corporate event on that was not operating so despite a heft y price for the breakfast we didn’t get a very good one . Other than that the service from all staff i. bar ,Reception especially Telma and Phil was excellent

I paid £8 per day for parking through the receptionist at the front desk when I checked in. The next day, when I was checking out and picking up my luggage, I estimated that my parking time had exceeded the limit by over an hour. I specifically asked the receptionist if I needed to pay for a second day of parking. After checking on the front desk computer system, he told me it wasn't necessary and that he had waived the fee for me. I even thanked him for it. It was also my birthday that day, so I was quite happy. However, after returning to China, I received a £60 penalty from Parkmaven and a £35 administration fee from Alamo. This has turned what should have been a pleasant trip to the UK into a very upsetting experience. I am filing this complaint and requesting the hotel compensate me for these related fees.

The hotel is a ten-minute walk from Blenheim Palace, which is very convenient. If you are in Oxford the night before, you can stay here and go directly to Churchill Manor the next morning. The house is an old house, but it is quite clean. Better than expected. The only thing that is not satisfactory is the receptionist on the evening of October 5th. Her coldness makes people think that they are in Germany instead of Britain, but as a front desk receptionist, she does not even have the most basic polite greetings (such as hello, welcome) and her attitude is not like a German at all. I have never encountered such service quality in the UK, which is very unprofessional, so I choose 2 points (unsatisfied) for the service. If you don't want to spend money to see a big cold face, you can choose other hotels nearby.

This was the first hotel we stayed at on our right-hand drive trip. We picked it mainly for the huge car park and the relaxing golf course views, which definitely made things a bit less stressful. I booked the most basic room type, and that's exactly what we got – nothing fancy, no extra frills, certainly didn't feel like the 'Western hospitality' I might have expected.

The room is indeed quite old, but it has air conditioning 😂. Don't expect any view from the window; it's good if you don't see tin roofs. When staying, you might need to remind them about obstructed views or similar issues. I booked an executive room, but they gave me a special room; I thought I was in a hospital, which made me very uncomfortable. I immediately switched to a standard room, and they refunded the price difference and parking fee 😂. The first two pictures are of the special room, and the last two are of the standard room.

We have stayed here twice. The first time (2025) we were in the block which is separate to the main building- this was OK and the service was much better. The latest time we stayed we were in the main building- its grotty. The carpet leading to the rooms was stained and the room itself although it looked clean, didn't 'feel clean'-the place could do with a refresh and new carpets. We were unable to get food upon arrival as they stop serving at 9pm- we arrived a couloe of minutes before 9pm after a 4 hour drive, we were disappointe and we could see a couple eating in the bar area whose meals came out long after we had arrived- so really we could have ordered and been served. We ended up ordering an Uber eats meal.

The hotel is a bit far from the city center, but a 15-20 minute walk isn't a problem. The room has a kettle, iron, microwave, and fridge. There's no complimentary water. There's a Tesco supermarket about a 5-7 minute walk away. Check-in is self-service using a code. It's a good thing I arrived during the day; it would have been problematic at night because the house address was incorrect, and consequently, the entry code didn't work. I had to call them to figure out the room number, which was only provided during that conversation. It was a bit stressful.

We stayed here as it was in close proximity to Bicester Village and Clarksons Farm. The room and main bar / reception was modern and stylish and the staff were friendly and attentive. The shower was amazing, beds were comfortable. The food in the diner was great but service very slow. Would definitely stay here again.

U really need a car if u are staying here. Otherwise, pricing is bargain basement compared to Oxford proper. Free parking, nice clean rooms though it's a good 20-25 min drive into central oxford. Would stay here again if in the area
