FF41SALWhat the hotel lacked in amenities( a mini fridge in the room) it more than made up for with the service. The staff are amazing and went more than the extra mile to make our short stay amazing and comfortable. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is 30 minutes out of Cardiff, but very picturesque. Lots of parking available. I would recommend this to anyone. It is a 3 star but to me felt nothing less than a 5 star. Thank you for making our weekend get together extra memorable.

BBe-Live TodayThis hotel is an exclusive getaway, mainly for couples or celebration events. I enjoyed the cosy atmosphere during the Christmas season and the delicious food served at breakfast prepared fresh by the Head Chef (thank you Chef for the nice chat too!) and at the dinner restaurant. Top quality food!
All staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa area is a bit cold for me, especially in the changing room so I didn't use it. Rooms are clean and welcoming.
Location is quite remote and taxes are not always available, although I didn't have any issue at the time of my stay.
