Hotels With parking in West Yorkshire, United Kingdom

After staying at the easy hotel in Newcastle and having a great experience I thought the Leeds one would live up to this also. We have very mixed opinions on the Leeds one though unfortunately! The bed is very uncomfortable, it's rock solid and wasn't very clean (make up stains on the pillows and bedding) and we only had 1 towel provided which was also full of makeup marks. We paid extra for early check in and I feel like it was rushed as the room really wasn't that clean. I must say though the staff have been absolutely lovely, polite and helpful with everything we needed! We asked for extra pillows, towels and hairdryer which they've done for us happily.

Beautiful location. Had a wonderful room on the corner with fantastic views. The only issue raised was there was no toilet paper and only one sachet of hot chocolate and a single pack of biscuits so we were unable to have a horrible chocolate and a pack of biscuits each at night. Would stay again and make use of spa facilities. Pool and steam room and sauna were perfect. Food was 5*

Really good location, 5 mins walk to the royal armouries. 10 mins walk from railway station. Rooms were a little dated, but nice and clean and service from staff was good. Breakfast super tasty, great selection of hot and cold food!

Fabulous location so close to the train station and lots of shops, great coffee shops, places to eat and drink. Hotel staff very helpful and friendly and food and rinks in hotel reasonably priced and tasted lovely.

Have stayed several times when visiting family. Was disappointed this time not to have a fridge I had assumed all rooms had them and due to me booking later than normal I'd paid a higher rate than usual but got a shabbier room.I think they had changed the room I had booked as I'd booked a standard double but opened door up to a small room with a double and single bed set up. I didnt want my towels changing or room servicing but i witnessed reception staff constantly telling people they couldn't have there rooms serviced as they hadn't asked the day before and if you dont ask they dont go in to even change cups or empty bins. It hasn't put me off staying again.

Great location, very quiet peaceful area beautiful room and very clean I lived it . But my stay would have been better if everything had gone smoothly I Just had a problem with the hotel asking for a deposit and not accepting cash for it , I do understand policies are different but after a 12hour flight plus 3 hour train ride all I needed was to get my room and rest but I had to sit for over 20 plus minutes trying to figure out what to do with my situation.I suggest they should be more accommodating and attentive to different situations and customers circumstances rather than just saying we don’t accept this and not willing to find a solution to help. Later on after about 30 minutes or so a very nice friendly manager came to my rescue and found a solution .which could have been done in the first place than having a customer wait for long because someone else is not willing to budge and understand a situation and find a solution.

The room was decent, and the hotel's location is excellent, right near the city center. You can find plenty of food options within a 5-minute walk, which is super convenient. Breakfast was average; the hash browns weren't as good as other places.

I made the reservation at 12-07 arriving at about 3-15 - 3-30 and had requested an extra blanket but was told this was not possible because I had made the booking late and reception did not have any!! These are woodland cabins and I should have thought this would have been a common request and extra blankets readily available. The cabin was heated by a movable electric heater that took hours to warm the cabin. The doors closed with difficulty possibly because of repeated painting and there was paint over the metal handles. The outer door did not close from teh inside. There was no where to sit in the cabin and no free surface to set things as the only suitable surface, a desk, had a free standing TV on it. There was a wardrobe but it smelt fusty. The food was good but the service was slow because the restaurant seemed understaffed with teh barman helping as a waiter. The setting is beautiful and the staff are very pleasant. There is ample tea and coffee in teh room and a kettle.

Loved the tv but couldn’t get sky sports+ Didn’t have dressing gowns Or plates for food Didn’t answer when tried to order room service

I was very pleasantly surprised by both the condition and the facilities at the hotel. Being in a service area, I expected a much poorer place, but it was top notch. The WiFi was fast, both for downloads and uploads (the latter being important for my work). Everywhere was spotless, and the air con worked perfectly (great in the very hot weather). The think that probably impressed me just was the fact that parking was free. That’s pretty rare in a service area these days. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable, and everything worked well. I couldn’t have asked for better and, if I’m in the area again working, it will be top of my list for a place to lay my head.
