The cleanliness was a major plus, and for us, having a bathtub was the biggest draw and best feature. The only minor issues were that the toilet flush button was a bit stiff and there was a cleaning toothbrush (or so it seemed) near the room entrance, but these were barely noticeable compared to the overall comfort.

The hotel has a great location, close to the city center and tourist area, yet nestled among residential areas, giving it a lively feel. It felt like the whole city of Zagreb was under renovation; everything was surrounded by construction zones.

Perfect!!! Absolutely everything – from its location not far from the bus station, to the optimal level of comfort, coziness, and amenities, simply incredible breakfasts, and of course, the excellent work and friendliness of the staff! Even its slight distance from the center of Zagreb is practically unnoticeable – a 20-minute walk lets you get to know the city better. Everything positive said in reviews about this hotel truly corresponds to reality. Well done, keep it up!

One of the most beautiful hotels I have been at for a while - so modern, awesome style and lots of small nice things that make a difference: a fridge, free bottled glass water, free coffee machine with nespresso capsules which are topped up everyday AND a crazy comfy bed … ohand an awesome view from the bed itself! The rooftop pool is great but there are not sun loungers, rather just chairs and stools (to be honest, this is to be expected as the rooftop is not big enough really for loungers - on the plus, towels are included and provided for free).

This hotel has a grand, atmospheric feel and the location was perfect. The cleaning was also thorough. However, the service was far from top-notch... (For example, even though I had a plan that included breakfast, I was told breakfast was an extra charge and to pay and sign. It turned out to be a communication error on the hotel's part). I could have overlooked a single mistake, but that wasn't the case, which was very disappointing.

The hotel is right in the city center, just a 10-minute walk from the University of Zagreb. You simply turn left out of the hotel entrance and walk straight. There are many historic buildings nearby, making it a great area for a stroll. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but the room size is decent, with enough space left after opening two 28-inch suitcases.

Our first stop in Croatia was Zagreb, and this hotel was perfectly located. It's right across from Ban Jelačić Square, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The hotel entrance is on a pedestrian street, so you do have to pull your luggage for about three minutes, but it's totally worth it. I absolutely loved taking photos of the trams in the morning before heading to breakfast. And speaking of breakfast, it was really rich and satisfying, with exceptionally fragrant coffee. Enjoying that while watching people go by outside was such a pleasant start to the day!

If you need a need an overnight near the airport, the Dream Hotel is perfect. This is a basic hotel with clean rooms, on site restaurant, AND dedicated FREE airport shuttle electric vans. Hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly to us and they spoke nearly flawless english. We made our room reservation 6+ months in advance and simply kept in touch via email. The hotel gave us very clear instructions how to call for the shuttle at the airport. We didn’t have cell service, so we used email to request pickup and it only took about 15 minutes for the van to meet us. The hotel was less than 10 minutes from the airport. Per their instructions, upon room check in, we reserved the time we needed a shuttle ride back to the airport. 4am is their first shuttle departure and the hotel was prompt with their shuttle departure time. Lastly, we were completely surprised by their very reasonably priced wide ranging restaurant menu. Beware, portion sizes are huge! This hotel and staff served us a very filling dinner, gave us a satisfactory room, and provided totally uneventful free shuttle from and airport. Was very happy we chose this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay! The room looks super cool and is kept very clean. A huge thanks to Oliver for being such an amazing host! His tips and local info were so helpful and really put me at ease. The room was cozy and warm thanks to the central heating. It’s also super close to the tram and bus station, so I didn’t have to struggle with my heavy bags. I loved how quiet it was. There’s a work-friendly setup with a keyboard, and the Wi-Fi is solid, which was perfect for my laptop work. Just a heads-up to bring your own shampoo and conditioner, but everything else (towels, slippers, dryer) is there. Thanks again, Oliver!

First things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too.
