Hotels With parking in Central Kalimantan, Indonesia

Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Great hotel, the architecture is beautiful, the room was comfortable and we had access to free bicycles to discover Pangkalan Bun. There's a swimming pool as well. We appreciated that it is relatively close to the coach station. There were stations to refill drinking water in the corridors, which is much better than using small plastic bottles in my opinion, especially for the environment

Beautiful and clean hotel with a very friendly staff. The tvs in the room are a bit small and the wifi needs a little boost. The food is delicious whether ordering room service or eating in the dinning area. Have stayed at this hotel several times and plan to use again in the future.

The service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

It's pretty good with a cheap price, you can get a decent room, the waiter is also friendly, want to have a good place, but unfortunately the room is far away from the 3rd floor, going up a small staircase is a bit scary when falling down and when entering the room, the room smells a bit like the room That's a long time.

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

Cleanliness is good.. but unfortunately the water facilities are very small ... It takes extra time to take a shower.. star hotel but the water is too small ..............

The hotel is located in the center of Palangkabaya, with convenient transportation and a 20-minute drive from the airport. The hotel's food products are basically suitable for Chinese stomachs, and there are late-night snack stalls and fruit stalls downstairs.

I informed with quite an advance(4 days) that finally I couldn't enjoy my reservation (flight changed by the airline) and I asked them to cancel the night, but they refused. Of course the booking policy was not refundable but I would have appreciated their consideration and having back my money. I warned in advance, I asked kindly, but no way. Well, it wasn't their obligation but it wasn't so difficult.
