GGuest UserThe hotel rooms are clean and comfortable, and the pool is large and clean. The breakfast was delicious. Overall, I'm really satisfied with my stay here.

AArchanaFirst of all, the room door cant be opened using the access card after every time I go out, and the staff said its need to be updated everytime or the card not to be placed in hot area. What is this?? So unprofessional. What if any emergency?? We need to go down again to the treception and get updated and come up again? And in the bathroom the sink water was not clean and in the shower area, the water was not going smoothly and its clogged, need to wait 15-20 minutes to use the shower area again. Please take action on the cleanliness and the access card service.

AayudhowI stayed at Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru in a Superior Room, and overall the stay was quite comfortable. The room provided was originally a twin bed, which was then combined into one large bed to accommodate my request for a king-size bed. The room size felt just right—not too small and not too spacious. I was able to perform prayers comfortably inside the room, and there was still a sofa available for relaxing, which made the room feel practical and cozy. I stayed in a non-smoking room, so the atmosphere was clean and pleasant.
Breakfast was fairly varied, featuring local traditional snacks from Pekanbaru as well as lontong sayur, a well-known local dish. Everything tasted good and offered a nice introduction to local flavors. Another great advantage is that the hotel is located near a mosque, making it very convenient to attend congregational prayers. Overall, Hotel Dafam Pekanbaru is a good choice for a comfortable stay with convenient facilities and easy access to nearby worship places.

Kkotaro8249Basic hotel for one night stay. Friendly staff, clean, nice room! Walking distance to Masjid Agung. Travelling around - you can opt for GRAB Bike if you are too lazy to walk, otherwise, no issue to walk around exploring the streets and alleys.

Amazing
KKevinChee520Good environment with nice breakfast. The rooftop lounge is good for hangouts with full city view. Room is spacious. One thing to be improved would be the soundproof feature for the room is not available, with audible noises from your neighbour and the bell ringing sound. Otherwise, the bed is comfortable, as well as, water pressure & temperature are just nice.

DDr. Ong SoetantoOverall, the hotel in Pekanbaru is quite cheap and offers good value for money. The room itself was comfortable and generally well maintained.
The only downside I noticed was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, which might be due to the cleaning not being done thoroughly or possibly an issue with the plumbing
Breakfast was fairly standard, nothing fancy, but still decent and enjoyable. One highlight was the reception staf…
they were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout the stay, which made a positive difference.
Another convenience is the location: right next to the hotel there is an Indomaret and a coffee shop, making it easy to grab daily necessities or a quick drink. However, you should be careful when crossing the road in front of the hotel, as traffic can be quite busy

GGuest UserSyabila as a front desk helper was super friendly and kind. Vivi as the manager (?) kindly asked my review about the room. Unfortunately, the massage service was poor, the massage therapist seemed to have a bad day and even though I tried to be friendly by smiling, she rushed go in and go out. I gave her additional 50,000 Rupiah and said “If today something bad happened in your life, I prayed the best for your problem”. But she seemed so unfriendly. I barely heard she said Thank you. I won’t recommend if any foreigners want to get massage. They would feel Sumatra People are not friendly. Such a waste.

NNoor EfendiThe air conditioning wasn't very cold. Maybe the gas was low... I asked technical staff to come take a look, but they only came to observe. I ended up sleeping without a blanket that night.
