Beautiful location

Hotel is good. Good location. Quite and peace. Only things..is hot water usage is limited. You cant bath even 5 minutes. Hot water become cold again while bath. They should use centralised hot water system. Other than this issue, all.is.good. staff very polite and humble. Clean and nead.

Beautiful property, far from main town. Need to have your own convenience. Good food. Kitchen manager is excellent looking after us as a family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at kc residency, and my experience was nothing short of fantastic. The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of jammu, making it an ideal choice for both tourists and business travellers. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions within walking distance. Public transportation was also easily accessible, making it convenient to explore the rest of the city. Location: the hotel’s prime location is a major highlight. Situated near ragunath temple, it allowed me to explore the city effortlessly. Whether i wanted to visit market or enjoy the local nightlife, everything was just a stone’s throw away. Despite being in a busy part of town, the hotel itself was quiet and peaceful. Food: the dining options at the hotel were exceptional. I had breakfast at their in-house restaurant, which offered a variety of both dishes. The buffet was well-organised, with fresh and delicious options ranging from fruits, pastries, and cereals. The service at the restaurant was also attentive, and the ambiance was perfect for a relaxing meal. Service: what truly made the stay special was the impeccable service. From the moment i checked in, the staff was courteous and welcoming. They were eager to help with recommendations and directions, and any requests were promptly addressed. The room was always spotless after returning from a day out. The concierge went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Overall, my stay at kc residency was a memorable experience. The combination of a great location, excellent food, and outstanding service makes this hotel a top choice. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting jammu, whether for business or leisure.

The property is awesome and located in the most beautiful part of Pahalgam. The food is excellent and service is out of the world. Had a very nice stay. 10 out of ten. Recommend for every traveller

The room was good, the location is also so far so good but the food is not so good. I asked the order taker Tandoori roti is good or I should order Rice he said Roti will be good but roti was made up of refined flour and it was hard like a papad very difficult to chew. we have walked for around 28 Km to Vaishnavo mata darshan and we were expecting nice food as we were very hungry. They have spoiled our experience and staff is not so professional as property claims four star. Room amenities is ok. Overall I have spended 4500 Rs for this room but it's not worth it. I might get the same priced room in good 4 star chain hotels.

The location is excellent — very close to restaurants and the horse-riding point, which made everything super convenient. The hotel offers stunning full mountain views, truly breathtaking and perfect for relaxing in nature. The staff were very friendly and provided great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The location was kind of convenient but then again, to what? The service was friendly, proficient and professional. I spilled a beverage on the bathroom floor so I used some tissues to wipe it off, lo and behold the tissues turned black. I was gobsmacked. Similar situation occurred in the living area with identical results. So needless to say hygiene is not of primary importance. Also when closed the toilet seat, the rear of the cover was stained with, I would imagine, urine. The Kitchen: The Chef and the maitre de saved the day as the dinner was of a very high standard, Congratulations guys, well done 👏 ✔️

Excellent service and food

The bed is very comfortable, the environment is also very good, the breakfast tastes good, Chinese people can accept it, it tastes good
