I arrived at the hotel early in the morning (between 10-11 AM) and they let me use the pool right away, and I was able to check in early very quickly. The welcome cookies were delicious too!
The room felt a bit dated, but it was neatly organized, so there were absolutely no issues using it. Especially the bedding! Hilton's bedding is always great, after all.
And the manager who tidied up the room was very friendly. Whenever I asked for something I needed, they promptly took care of it.
The pool water was a bit chilly, but it was great to be able to swim from early morning until late at night, and I also appreciated having a steam sauna.
The breakfast and dinner were more traditional Indian cuisine than Western, so at first, I wondered what to eat, but everything was clean, and I didn't get sick after eating.
There's also a souvenir shop, and they sell good products without significantly overcharging.
The location was also great; it's a 10-minute taxi ride to the Taj Mahal or a 40-minute walk, which was perfect for getting around during the Holi festival. It's on a main road too, so it didn't feel dangerous.
This is one of the loveliest and most beautiful hotels I've stayed at in India đ. It's funny because I've paid more in other cities and ended up in very mediocre hotels.
Here, it was incredibly clean, modern, and cozy! They provided decent toiletries, clean bedding, and towels. The only thing is that the room was quite small, but for a few nights and an active travel schedule, it was perfectly adequate.
The staff at reception were incredibly kind, ready to explain everything, offer advice, and were generally very friendly and attentive. Mulayam Singh also helped me out â a truly excellent employee đ.
The rooftop pool is the best way to start your day! And it's absolutely beautiful!
And, of course, being within walking distance of the Taj Mahal is the main highlight!
The service and amenities of The Hilton Garden inn Lucknow are totally worth it. Breakfast was great and so was the pool. The rooms were squeaky clean and the staff was quick to serve. Great experience.

Our first room was noisy next door, and I couldn't sleep after being woken up early in the morning, so I asked to change rooms, and they immediately accommodated us. Thanks to that, we had a very relaxed stay.
This hotel is ideally located with a rooftop bar offering views of the Taj Mahal, and it's within walking distance.
However, it might not be suitable for those who prefer local restaurants.
Had a very comfortable stay with a perfect view to my vacation.I was travelling with my elderly mother and was worried about location and comfort.But visited gokul Govardhan vrindavan barsana and mathura covered all temples in a timely manner. View from my room was super relaxing which added to the experience
We stayed at Taj for two nights with our kids and we loved it. They welcomed us with full Indian traditions and check-in was seamless. It was awesome experience at every step from their front desk to house keeping. Food was great. Speacial thanks to their house keeping staff Omveer who put smile on my 6 year old son with his beautiful gesture by lining up his toy cars which my son absolutely loved.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didnât have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldnât come through. Donât know whoâs fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasnât taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isnât taking call thats why Trip.com isnât able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasnât able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Amazing place to stay. Staff members are very kind and the place is super clean. Hotel arranged tours are also really nice.
We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there â it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages Iâve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When youâre travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant â all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.
