We stayed for 5 nights and it was amazing, the hotel is connected to the shopping street and it is super convenient in accessing around the city. The public bath was so gooood, relaxing and clean. Our room was big enough for suitcases and they even got Refa hair dryer to try. The hotel is also closed to the bus stop for airport, really convenient andrecommended.

The room was quite spacious, and the facilities were very new. The cleanliness was excellent, and my request for a high-floor, quiet room was met perfectly. 👍 The yukata (Japanese robes) are one-size-fits-all but run a bit large for adults, while the children's yukata are very small (roughly size 120), barely fitting my son. 😂 The bedding at Mitsui is, as always, incredibly comfortable; I slept soundly every night. Our room was cleaned daily, and for three guests, they replenished three bottles of water each day. We'd also ask for skincare products at the front desk when we returned in the evenings. I didn't get to use the public bath due to my period, but I heard it only has one pool. The location is quite close to Sapporo Station, though dragging luggage through the snow on the first night was a bit of a hassle. Highly recommended! The only minor drawback is that the bathroom isn't separated into wet and dry areas, but other than that, there's nothing I disliked. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Sapporo!

The accommodation is not far from the train station, and the garden view is absolutely beautiful and very impressive. The room is very spacious and extremely clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. From the accommodation, it’s easy to walk to the tourist areas, and even Sapporo is not far on foot. Transportation is very convenient, the view is great, and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The surrounding atmosphere is peaceful and truly relaxing.

I stayed at Bespoke Hotel Sapporo from March 2 to March 9, and I had a wonderful experience throughout my stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and the room had excellent soundproofing, which made it very quiet and comfortable for rest. The facilities were also very convenient, especially the self-service laundry, which was extremely helpful during a longer trip. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. I would especially like to express my gratitude to the team for their kindness and efficiency — my child accidentally left a phone in the public restroom in the hotel lobby, and the staff promptly helped to locate and safely keep it until we returned. We were truly grateful for their honesty and care. This is a hotel that makes you feel both comfortable and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Sapporo.

This is a very new hotel. The large public bath on the second floor is open until 1 AM, and while the men's bath itself isn't huge, it's perfectly fine for a simple relaxation during your trip. The style is actually quite modern. The hotel's breakfast is better than typical Japanese hotels, with many buffet options and about four kinds of fresh fruit. It's not too far to walk to JR Sapporo Station, and there's also an underground passage you can use, though it requires a slight detour.

Very comfortable stay for my family!! Room is big, clean and nice, facing nice view, woke up happily everyday. Sufficent space for us to open luggage. breakfast is delicious and large variety as well, front desk and staff are so polite, the only downside is it’s like 8 mins walk from Sapporo station, tho it’s only a straight line walk, not hard to navigate. If I were to go back Hokkaido for trip, will book again!!!

This hotel is perfect for introverts, offering fully self-service check-in, check-out, and luggage storage. You can grab toothbrushes and combs from the front desk yourself. Perhaps due to language barriers, I found the staff to be a bit indifferent. The duvet looked a little worn and had some old stains, but the bedside tables had a charming, historic feel. The bathroom was narrow but very clean. In the triple room, we could barely open one suitcase. We chose a room away from the elevator, so our window offered a view of JR Hakodate Station, which really highlights how incredibly close the hotel is – just a few minutes' walk. There's also a Maxvalu supermarket about a 10-minute walk away, which is quite large and good for browsing. Plus, there's a delicious soup curry restaurant, King Bear, nearby.

The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. It's very close to Sapporo Station, just a three to five-minute walk, which makes going out for food and shopping incredibly convenient. I guess because of Sapporo's weather, you can access many places underground. Once you get familiar with it, you'll find yourself using the underground passages for all your shopping and dining needs. On the day we left, there was a blizzard, and being so close to Sapporo Station was a huge help; otherwise, we definitely would have missed our flight. The cleanliness was good, and the onsen (hot spring bath) area was also clean. Overall, it was very convenient and comfortable.

If you're a Chinese tourist, don't set your expectations too high – it's just a basic hostel. Expect the lower floors to be equivalent to a 170-250 RMB standard in China, and even a 'premium' room shouldn't cost more than 400 RMB. The hallways are so narrow only one person can pass at a time, and there's no wardrobe in the room; clothes have to be hung on the hallway wall. You can't even lay your suitcase flat on the floor! I've never stayed in such a terrible room, and the pricing is incredibly unstable. I booked it for just over 1000 RMB, but after checking in, I found the price had dropped by more than 300 RMB. If you don't check the prices carefully, you'll get ripped off... Luckily, Trip.com customer service was great and refunded the difference! This hotel has no redeeming qualities. Although it's close to the subway station, there are definitely more cost-effective hotels nearby, all within walking distance.
