The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

Last year, in early August, the same room cost around 1700, but this year, booking two months in advance, it was only a little over 500. Honestly, the hotel being so affordable was a major reason why I came back to visit again. The bathroom has a standard Japanese-style wet/dry separation, which even some much pricier hotels I stayed in later didn't offer. The amenities included something for relaxing your feet, haha, it still makes me laugh thinking about it! If you check in early, you can request a room with a view of Universal Studios. Universal Citywalk is right downstairs. There's enough space to lay out two 32-inch suitcases flat.

This was my second stay here, but this time the twin room on the 20th floor wasn't as clean as the one on the 26th floor from my first visit. The toilet in the bathroom had an odor; even after disinfecting it with alcohol wipes and flushing multiple times, there was still a urine smell. I considered asking for a room change, but it felt like too much hassle with a child. However, the front desk staff who spoke Chinese allowed us to check in early, which was great! The view outside is still fantastic, and the Nike outlet nearby has prices that feel almost too good to be true.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

Right next to the busiest tourist area in Osaka and with access to large number of facilities., Spaworld is surely a top choice to stay. But actually, the day ticket only costs 1500 yen and overnight staying fee is 1300 yen, which means you don't really need to stay in the hotel to use everything and stay for a night, kind of like a SPA net cafe. The plus for using the hotel is that you allow yourself to enter anytime you want.

The hotel location is very convenient, near Rinku premium outlet and Trial supermarket. It is also walkable to Rinku Pleasure Town Seacle. It has free shuttle bus to KIX airport from 5:00 AM to 11:00 AM and round-trip departures begin in the afternoon to AEON MALL Rinku Sennan. Their onsen has outdoor and 21st floor breakfast view is amazing. Excellent customer service at the front desk too! But they do not provide water bottles for hotel guests and there is no phone in the rooms. We were told by staff if need to call for anything, have to use the phone which is just outside our room near the lift. I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka next time👍

The location is very convenient, with JR lines directly to the airport and Expo, Osaka Loop Line and Midosuji Line directly to the city center. There is a large 7-11 and a Café de Cabrera downstairs. A five-minute walk will take you to a super large Life supermarket, which sells sashimi, bento, and cooked food. For breakfast, there are a variety of packaged breads, rice balls, drinks and soups, as well as yogurt pudding and yogurt, but you have to go early, as there will be no choice after 8:30. You can take your breakfast back to your room and eat it without taking it out of the hotel. Free umbrellas are provided when it rains. There is no bottled water in the room, only a kettle. Ice can be picked up on the 8th floor. There is coffee and tea bags available for pick-up in the lobby. The hotel only provides shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, and skin care product samples need to be purchased for 500 yen. The hygiene is very good. The auntie cleans the room very carefully. She will put everything away and put it back in place, and help fold clothes. There is only one chair in the 4-person room, it would be better if there were one or two more chairs. After 10pm, you need to swipe your room card to enter the hotel, which is quite safe.

Flawless stay, highly recommend! My stay truly exceeded expectations this time – I absolutely have to give it a huge thumbs up! From the moment I walked in, I could tell the room was spotlessly clean. Every corner, including the bathroom and those tricky spots, was immaculate, which made me feel completely at ease. The room facilities and bedding quality were excellent. The mattress was just right – neither too soft nor too firm – and the soundproofing was fantastic. I slept straight through till morning, completely shaking off my travel fatigue. All the hotel staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was fast and efficient. Whenever I had any questions, the front desk and housekeeping were quick to help with a smile, showing professionalism and thoughtfulness in every detail. In short, this is an outstanding hotel that truly makes you feel at home. The value for money is exceptional, and I will definitely prioritize staying here again for my next trip!

Was a shirt walk from airport limousine bus stop. A key reason to choose this. And i got a room with two single beds. Honestly genrous by japanese standards. Location is walking distance to Dontoburi. Tons of food and shops around. Only down side, the airoort bus schedule back to airport is not friendly. Too early ha. I totally would stay here again

They offer complimentary hot dogs, waffles, drinks, and desserts upon check-in, which is a lovely touch. The bathtub is large and very comfortable for a soak. There are also Type-C outlets on the walls, which is super convenient. The hotel is right outside USJ, so no need to rush in the morning. Overall, a much better experience than their other location (Rokujo).
