Close to JR Toyama Station. The hotel is very new and the rooms are quite spacious. When checking in, you can get free DHC toiletries (the front desk will give them to you; we stayed for two nights, so I took two sets since my husband doesn't use them). Drinking water is available by the elevator on each floor, which is very convenient – big thumbs up for that! 👍 You can also ask the front desk for free Toyama tram tickets. We forgot to get them on our first night, but picked them up on the second day. It's best to get them when you check in.
I've always been a big fan of Dormy Inn, and this was my first time trying their premium series. Beyond the all-tatami flooring throughout the building and the cypress *onsen* bath directly in the room, it wasn't vastly different from a standard Dormy Inn. In fact, the room was quite small. I actually quite liked the minimal room service – they only needed to provide fresh towels. After all, once my luggage was open, there was barely any room to stand.
The hotel is a bit far from Toyama Station. While this isn't a major issue for those driving, there aren't many dining options nearby, so you'll still need to head to the station area for food. The Glass Art Museum, on the other hand, is very close and definitely worth a visit, especially since the tickets are super affordable. And the breakfast, as usual, was absolutely superb!
The hotel is conveniently located directly across the street from Toyama Station. The main entrance is on the side. Alternatively, you can enter through the CIC building, walk straight to the back, and the lobby entrance will be on your right. The front desk staff were very polite, and the room was quite spacious – a pleasant surprise compared to typical budget hotels. Some floors have ice machines, though disposable cups are not provided; guests can use the ice bucket found in their room. Overall, it's a very good hotel. The hotel doesn't offer a self-service laundry facility. For laundry needs, you'd have to visit a laundromat in an alley across the street. It has three machines, but they appeared to be heavily used by staff from nearby restaurants for washing uniforms and towels, and the place didn't look very clean.
The hotel is conveniently located right above Toyama Station's MAROOT building, with the lobby situated on the 5th floor. Access to guest room floors requires a key card, which significantly enhances security. For a Japanese hotel, the room size was exceptionally generous; there was ample space to comfortably open two large suitcases simultaneously. The breakfast spread was fantastic, featuring a wide array of local specialties and even delicious sushi provided by Kaiyō Toyama. We were also lucky enough to experience a fireworks festival during our stay, which we could watch directly from the hotel's parking area.
This hotel is located deeper within Toyama City, not directly at Toyama Station. I'd highly recommend staying in the Toyama Station area instead. While the facilities are decent, the public bath isn't very spacious and is on the same floor as the restaurant. The room rates aren't particularly competitive either, and it doesn't really stand out when compared to similar hotels around Kanazawa Station. Overall, it's pretty average.
Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands.
Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me!
( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
Kim Taro has a pick-up station in the Toyama Electric Railway parking lot next to the Shinkansen Unayue Hot Spring Station. Note that it is not the Shinkansen parking hotel to pick up and drop off. The time is 2:3:4 pm, ten minutes drive, I took a taxi to 3,600 yen, it was early, The staff was very enthusiastic and said that the room could be checked in after the final inspection. I checked in before 2 pm. I saw that some staff were carefully checking in other rooms. The hotel is located in the countryside, surrounded by farmland and cottages, basically no landscape, no attractions, no business, The rooms have been renovated, clean and tidy, there are egg puddings in the refrigerator, the hot springs have two areas that are large, one is open to the outside world, and the other 𤩹 Painting Hot Springs ~ Reception of guests, very good. The hotel’s meal is great, the dinner restaurant has just been renovated, it’s too good, it’s a big plus, it’s not a common sweet taste of sugar, kaiseki cuisine is fresh and elegant, the ingredients are good, it’s a surprise, the breakfast buffet has a rich local cuisine, it’s also very good, there are Chinese-speaking staff, 10 the next day: 30 There are also surrounding tourism, go to the farm and the surrounding places worth seeing for lunch at noon, return to the hotel at 13:30, I have time to not participate in the regret.
Very spacious Japanese style rooms with very good breakfast and dinner buffets (dinner highlight was shabu shabu). Also very good Onsen bath with small outdoor ‘rotenburo’. A little bit of a walk to the tram station but the hotel will arrange a car to ferry you. Overall a very positive impression for a first time Route Inn chain guest.
The hotel is brand new, clean, comfortable, and boasts a modern, minimalist design. The rooms are spacious, and I particularly appreciated the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The self-service amenities in the lobby were incredibly convenient; besides regular toiletries, they also offered drip coffee bags and tea bags. The hotel is very close to Toyama Station, with a convenience store right downstairs. A highly-rated sushi restaurant is just a 5-minute walk away, and there's also a fantastic local bakery nearby. Toyama is a charming little city full of pleasant surprises, and Daiwa Roynet Hotels has always been one of my favorite hotel chains.
This hotel is part of the Oedo Onsen Monogatari group, and its reasonable accommodation prices are definitely reassuring. Its proximity to Unazuki Station makes it incredibly convenient for taking the sightseeing train.
The buffet offered a rich variety of dishes, all prepared using local ingredients. I was very satisfied with both dinner and breakfast, especially the yellowtail, which was absolutely delicious.
I stayed in a Japanese-style room, which was very comfortable and provided a restful night's sleep. This place is highly recommended for families with children, offering a large ball pit, an inflatable slide area, and an arcade.

LliufeifeiThe price of Entojiso Hotel is really good value compared to several surrounding hotels. The Kurobe River is outside the window. The scenery is beautiful, the dinner is amazing, and the breakfast is also rich. Except that the hotel is old and the facilities are a bit old, everything else is very good. In addition, the wine shop only has two shuttle buses in the morning and afternoon every day. It goes to Kurobe JR Station at 10:30 in the morning and 14:00 in the afternoon.
GGuest UserThe service was excellent, and the location was very convenient for getting around. However, I did find two drawbacks. Firstly, the parking isn't located directly on-site; you have to drive a short distance to it, and the parking fee was quite expensive. Secondly, the twin room felt a bit small.
Bbrucelai708Nice place with free parking. Very nice and helpful staff. Dinner and breakfast are nice with full of Japanese culture. Very comfortable hot spring.
Honestly, it’s a bit old but they keep it very clean and nice. Really happy to be here.
TthewandercuratorStayed here a night in Toyama before embarking on the Alpine route. Familiar, comfortable room amenities as expected from the Comfort Hotel chain, with a good breakfast spread inclusive. 5 minutes walk from Toyama JR Station and 7 minutes walk with luggage from Toyama Dentetsu line to Kurobe Gorge and Tateyama. Note that you still need to bring your luggage to Dentetsu Station for luggage forwarding service, you cannot do it from the hotel. I asked for a high floor room that overlooked the station/mountains - I did get a high floor room but a side view of the building beside the hotel. Tip: buy supplies from the supermarket in the mall opposite before going up the mountains. There are also Toyama souvenirs, great eki bentos, firefly squid and white shrimp tempura tendon and black ramen in Toyama JR Station nearby.
TTianzeAwesome hotel, I didn’t see a high rating when I booked Ctrip. I have been hesitating to make a reservation. However, the B&B in Baichuan Township is a wooden house structure that is too old. I chose this hotel. The hot springs are superb and the rooms are clean and looks like It didn't take long for the decoration, everything was very new, and I will definitely visit again in Shirakawa Township next time.
GGuest UserThe hotel service was excellent. We easily obtained free tram passes from the front desk, which were very convenient for getting around. They also offer bicycles for guests to borrow. The only minor drawback is that the facilities are a bit dated. However, everything else was great, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is conveniently located just across the road from Toyama Station's South Exit, making it easy to access buses, JR lines, and trams. You can ask the hotel for free transport tickets. There are also plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. Staff are on hand to assist with self-service check-in and check-out. The hotel staff are very friendly, always greeting guests. My room was on the 18th floor, and a corner of the hallway offered a nice view of Toyama Castle. Although the room wasn't huge, the cleanliness and quality were what you'd expect from a chain hotel. Toiletries and skincare products are available in front of the elevators on the 1st floor. The complimentary buffet breakfast offers a decent variety and is quite filling.
