JavifariThe hotel is new and located right next to all the local tourist attractions. However, the information provided about essential things like where to exchange money or buy food and drinks is poor; in fact, their response was that they didn't know. We arrived at 8 AM, and they were very inflexible with check-in, even though our room was already prepared, we had to wait until almost 2 PM.

Guest UserThe hotel was much better than I expected.
However, even the locals didn't know where to check in, so I did get a bit lost. If you are traveling to Turkestan, I think the location and price are the best.
I went on a business trip this time, but I think it would be great to go with children as well.
