ZZ-VoyageI had a wonderful stay at the Pan Pacific Hotel and was very impressed with the overall experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The room was spacious, well equipped, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with any requests. I particularly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail throughout my visit. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would happily recommend Pan Pacific to others.

LlinbewieThe hotel is clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is decent and since the breakfast hall is on the top floor, the view is nice. Location is good with convenience shop and a small mall within reasonable walking distance. Highly recommended for those looking for a place with value for money.

+ It's equipped with great facilities like a fully equipped gym, sauna, spa, swimming pool. Not like other hotels by having something for sake of it, but a proper facility where you can work our heart out

AAnonymous Guest UserIt looks like a brand new hotel but it doesn't even meet the standard of 3 stars hotel. Small flies are coming out of bathroom infinitely and the room had strange smell. The music noise from outside was terrible till 23:00. Breakfast is very cheap and same quality as student canteen food in the dormitory. Better to book good hotels near Inya Lake.

The hotel is in the middle of china town and lots of shops and hawkers for food and fresh fruit are around
Hotel is walking distance to downtown and sule pagoda

In particular, I really loved the view of Shwedagon Pagoda from my room. You have an excellent location as well, and the breakfast is hearty and satisfying.

Rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated, featuring polished teak floors, four-poster beds, and traditional Burmese textiles that reflect the buildingâs heritage. Balconies overlook either the lush gardens or the inviting fan-shaped swimming pool, creating a sense of calm retreat. The service is consistently warm, professional, and attentive without being intrusive, with staff eager to share local knowledge and assist with arrangements.

MMiles TretheweyChatruim Lake View Hotel was a superb experience - I stayed here twice for about 8 days in total. The process from Check in to check out was second to none. We loved the hotel grounds, big rooms with a lake view, the breakfast was great too with a good selection of food. Â The service from the bellboy to reception I can't really complain as they responded to all our requests. We checked out early for a flight to Mandalay and they provided us with a packed lunch. The pool facilities were great - alhough I think the water needs a bit of chlorine for cleaning as it was a bit musky - The hotel was nice and quiet with not too many guest, but service was still there. I'd like to mention the receptionist who is always smiling and so kind and welcoming and listening to our travel stories and requests - La Min and Mr Simon were so helpful, but I can't remember the other names. One thing to note- if you don't have a car, then it's not that central to the center of the city, however, you can easily take a Grab to Shwedagon Pagoda or the center, you can also walk to Kandagwyi Lake Graden and enjoy the sunset - which is only a 15 min walk and there is a mall there, too with a great supermarket. If you need to change money - the hotel recommended 126 Grocery Store - great rates no passport needed just new crisp USD notes. It's near Myanmar Plaza. I will definitely stay there again. We stayed in the Lake View but if you prefer the morning sun on your balcony then you can take the Pagoda view. Â There is a presendential suite if you have the cash which I was told has a good overall top floor view. I hope you enjoy your stay. This was definitely much better than the Chatruim in Bangkok
