Great Stay for a 3-Star Hotel
It’s actially bad at all for a 3-star hotel! The location is super strategic, making it easy to get around.
I booked the deluxe room, and it was very spacious, which was perfect for a family of four. The cleanliness was and there’s also a smart TV too!
The hotel also provides useful utilities like an iron and a hairdryer, which was really convenient. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a budget-friendly stay. Would recommend!
All ok except senior citizn have to climb the stairs. No lift.
For improvement :
1. To supply 2 in 1 coffee sachet 2 packet instead if 1 only.
2. To provide coffee stirrer . Hot water we have to take from outside same floor via coway. How to stirrerthe coffee. We never any spoon. At least wooden stirrer.

The Kejora Homestay provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. The Kejora Homestay offers a pleasant stay in Oran for those traveling for business or leisure. Traveling to the hotel is easy with Bukit Ketri located approximately 9km away and Sultan Abdul Halim Airport roughly 57km away. With multiple attractions nearby including R7 Futsal Centre, Masjid Mata Air Al-Syakirin and Dewan Padang Nyu, guests will find plenty to keep themselves occupied. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Oran hotel features parking on site.
The hotel is clean and worth the price. Booking 2 bliks and side requests and the hotel owner fulfills. Area near bendang. Very calm atmosphere. In sha Allah will repeat again when I go to Kangar.
**************. Overall, overnight experience here for 2 double bed room: 8/10. In my opinion, it's worth the cost for 3 days 2 nights for the purpose of picking up a child at university.
The location of this motel is close to the city, and the motel building is located next to a convenience store. So, it's easy to go buy necessities if necessary. There is also a small paddy field next to the motel, so the room we stayed in could enjoy the view.
In terms of cleanliness and service, the exterior of the motel lobby at that time may have been maintained or improved, but it did not interfere with the way to enter. The facilities provided in the room, such as the bathroom are in good condition. But, the water in the room I sat in took time to come out fast and stable, maybe there is a problem with the pump. The beds are quite comfortable too, no unpleasant smell. The room space is quite comfortable for 5 of us. There is room to spread out sleeping mats on the floor if necessary. TV broadcasts are provided by local channels and also radio.
Cups and water heaters are not provided in the room, but they provide Coway machines for cold and hot drinking water, cups and instant drink packets in the lobby. About the air conditioner, the speed of the water may be a little slow (can't compare with the usual one, because I always use it ^^;). Once it had a problem, so it didn't put out cold air. But, after opening again after we went back to the room, it was okay again.
What can be improved, the ceramic floor, although not harmful, but needs to be repaired immediately because it is open/loose/not attached to the floor. In addition, the owner may provide a water heater or a cup in each room. The water pump for the bathroom could be repaired and the hot water system of the bathroom could be improved. Air conditioner may be repaired/maintained/improved for more comfort. Maybe the motel is maintained, they can provide a room that can be used for disabled people, if there is not yet (I didn't notice if there is or not, but look at all the rooms on the upper floor, where there is no way to go up other than stairs).
Tips that I can give from my experience, don't forget to bring an extension if you book any place to stay overnight because sometimes there aren't many sockets. Also bring your own plastic waste, it's easy if you want to dispose of waste. Clothes hangers, toiletries, and other necessities may be brought as well, for my situation.
This motel feels like a family business, so the children are also in the lobby sometimes. The one who manages my check-in at night is his son (I think). So, maybe the way people may be less professional, in terms of greeting guests who come to check-in. But, they are still friendly with us. Maybe if their children get guests other than Malays, maybe they will feel shy/unusual. So part of the job as a receptionist, the person needs to learn how to communicate and serve guests to get a good first impression.
May the owners be blessed with sustenance and may Allah SWT bless their motel business.. May they continue to improve their service and be able to expand their services.

HHora HoreyThe hotel is situated by the mountain and near a recreational park. It features a swimming pool. The rooms could use a refresh with a more appealing design. Its strategic location offers easy access to dining options and other amenities.
GGuest UserCheck in was fast with no dep charged. Hotel parking is limited in front of the hotel, but I was told if you come back late at night, guest can park behind the hotel. For some of the room, guest have to access through the door next to the restaurant(door can only be accessed using the access card). Only stairs available. Hotel is located on a shoplot with restaurant in the same row. Do note that the restaurant only opens in the morning til lunch. For dinner guest have to drive out. Room was small and basic, TV cannot be used, no channel is available. Towel was clean but very dated and in need of changed with thread coming out at the other end. Same goes to pillow cases which turned yellowish. Toilet was OK with good water pressure. However cleanliness could be improved (there's cigarette leftover under the sink) location wise was great, right in front of the Jetty Kuala Perlis where people took ferry to langkawi. Good for 1 night night stay for guest going/coming back from langkawi. 20 mins drive to Kangar.
PPhilip06The night shift front desk staff was rude during check-in. When I mentioned my booking through the Trip.com app, he denied it and insisted they only accept Agoda bookings. Despite my efforts to explain, he seemed displeased and unhelpful.
The hotel is well-located near eateries and amenities. While it’s old and the rooms are dark, the price is reasonable and cleanliness is satisfactory. WiFi is reliable and fast, traffic noise is noticeable. There are no toiletries provided—only two small cubes of Lux soap. Overall, conditions are acceptable for budget travelers, but don’t expect much.
MmsshNear to Kuala Perlis jetty (walkable just 300meters, if you don't bring many luggage, if not just order E-hailing for RM4). Room was big with balcony facing the sea. Iron, mineral water, coffee and kettle provided. Breakfast included and was good (Fried rice, porridge complete with condiments, macaroni, toast bread, pulut nyior, pancake and sambal bilis, cereal, fruits, coffee and juice). Although the hotel quite old, but I satisfied stayed here. Easy to go to ikan bakar restaurant, mosque, jambatan Kuala perlis, kg warna warning, etc.) They have lunch buffet for RM15.90 per person.
AazrifReally enjoyed our stay here! The receptionist was super friendly and helpful — she explained everything from A to Z with such a soft and welcoming tone, which made us feel right at home.
The hotel is located near many local food spots (ayam gepuk lovers, you're in luck!). Room was clean and comfy — great value for money.
Just a heads-up: there's no lift, so you'll need to use the stairs. But overall, a pleasant and cozy stay. Would definitely come again!
MMohdSituated near Kuala Perlis Town, Noor Boutique Hotel offers comfortable stay at affordable price
It's located near main attractions in Kuala Perlis, such as Al-Hussain Mosque, Colourful Village, Wai Village (yes, a big Y).
Short driving will bring you to the Thai border (Kayu Hitam) and ferry terminal (to Langkawi)
Looking for foods? It's close to shoplots and local eateries areas. Breakfast? No problem, there is a cafe available next to the hotel.
NNuNaNoStayed here based on a recommendation from friends. The room was a bit compact, but it was fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. The air-con was nice and cold. The hotel is conveniently located near eateries and supermarkets.
