Recently stayed at this boutique hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is convenient, and there are several open-air parking spaces available beside the hotel, which made parking hassle-free. Check-in was quick and straightforward. The hotel has a modern, stylish design with tasteful décor that creates a welcoming atmosphere. While the room is on the smaller side, I was already aware of this before booking, so it met my expectations. One unique feature is that the wash basin is located next to the bed, which may take some getting used to. The highlight of my stay was definitely the bed—it was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best nights’ sleep. The toilet and shower are in separate cubicles, which is a practical layout. The shower pressure was excellent, and the towels were soft and of good quality. These are two things I always pay close attention to when choosing a hotel, and this property delivered on both. One small suggestion would be to install a towel hook or rack inside the shower cubicle for added convenience. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay and a great choice for a short trip. I would happily stay here again.

The place is ok .. not very clean, not very dirty .. just a bit noisy because there is a badminton court, right .. because I have a newborn .. but overall it's ok, no complain because there's no hotel holiday, right

Stay here to attend a wedding nearby but was surprised with the spacious room, yummy and huge variety for breakfast. Most importantly my kids enjoyed the pool. Will definitely repeat our stay here

One of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had! I requested a room with a view of the Kuala Terengganu Drawbridge, and they actually managed to fulfill my request. The view from the room was absolutely amazing and made our stay even more memorable. I really appreciate the hotel staff for making the extra effort to accommodate my request. Such a wonderful experience, and I would definitely love to stay here again!

Overall, the stay was quite pleasant and excellent value for money at this price point. The room was spacious and comfortable, the environment was nice, and basic amenities were all there. For a one-night stay, I was generally very satisfied. The only minor downside was that the room's cleanliness could be improved; some areas felt like they weren't thoroughly cleaned. If the cleaning could be enhanced, the overall experience would be even better. Considering the price, environment, and facilities, it's still great value for money and highly recommended! 👍 You can park your car right at the entrance!

We had a pleasant stay overall, and the spectacular view was definitely the highlight of our trip. However, a few areas could be improved, especially the cleanliness of the toilets and room, damaged flooring, exposed wiring, and safety features such as handrails along the beach stairs. The maintenance areas could also be secured more properly, and the mini zoo, particularly the sheep and ducks, could use better care. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hope these improvements can make the experience even better for future guests.

New hotel right smack in Kampung Cina. Plenty of restaurant choices on foot. Designated parking space just across the hotel (open parking). Modern design. The room might be small if you travel with suitcases but it works well for us as we carry only bag packs. The setbacks are, - lack of table top to place things - outdoor unit (aircond) humming all night long through the thin wall interrupted sleep.

This hotel has an absolutely fantastic location, making it super convenient to get around. It is clearly a very popular choice, as the hotel was quite busy and full of guests during my stay. The property is newly renovated and looks good, though I did notice a few pieces of furniture showing minor signs of wear. It wasn't anything major or bothersome, however. Overall, it is a solid place to stay, primarily because of the unbeatable location and fresh updates.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming hotel. Its prime location made exploring the nearby attractions incredibly convenient. The accommodations were comfortable and immaculately kept. Staff members were consistently helpful and friendly throughout our visit. We highly recommend this establishment for a wonderful and accessible getaway.

Friendly front desk staff during check in. Bit disappointed at first when told the room I booked earlier wasn't available except double bed room. After much talks, finally they upgraded my booking to family room with viewing of KT Jambatan Angkat without any extra charges. Really appreciated and love the room.
