Extremely satisfied! The location is convenient and it's a huge plus that they have a Chinese chef. It felt just like home, very comfortable. The front desk service was also excellent.

The rooms are clean and tidy. The first floor is a bit damp, but higher floors are fine. Recommended: Sea view, clear swimming pool, three meals included, free bottled water, 24-hour hot water. You can also opt for a private kitchen, BBQ, bubble tea, and entertainment like KTV and Mahjong. Downsides: Occasionally, there's a faint smell of dead rats and sewage from the outdoor patio. The tap water is yellowish, there are frequent power outages, and the 4G network is poor.

On the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

This is truly the ultimate 'all-inclusive' experience! The room has a great view, and every morning I woke up to a delicious, hot meal waiting for me. The landlady is not only welcoming but also a fantastic cook. While the dishes aren't luxurious, they're incredibly fresh and hygienic. The best part about staying here is not having to worry about what to eat; just trust the landlady with your stomach, and you won't be disappointed.

The hotel service was excellent and very welcoming. There's a Chinese chef, and the food was delicious and beautifully prepared. The environment is lovely, and the location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. Plus, there's security, so it feels very safe. The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

The FeiFan Chinese Hotel is conveniently located at GRA, Ikeja in Lagos, within easy reach of the international airport. The staff were very friendly and very helpful throughout my stay there. The usual concierge service was excellent. The receptionist were knowledgeable and competent. I particularly liked the design of the hotel which is very family oriented, in keeping with Chinese traditions. As a family, you will enjoy a lot of privacy and space during your stay here. Now, this next point is awesome: you are provided with three-square meals every day as part of your booking. The food is Chinese but they are of high quality. So, if you like Chinese food, this is the hotel for you. Finally, you're accorded free airport pickup and for your departure. Never had this type of service before so I very highly recommend the FeiFan Chinese Hotel to you. And by the way, the guys at the reception will give you all the tips you need to enjoy your stay in Lagos. Have fun!

The hotel is located in a very nice, safe, and gated area, with lots of shops nearby. As someone who enjoys going for walks, I found the area particularly interesting and enjoyable to explore. The staff were very courteous, polite, and welcoming. I also loved the Chinese-style décor throughout the hotel. One of my favourite details was the dining area, where there were lots of cute little handbags and other beautifully crafted items hanging on the wall. My room was very clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable and cosy, with luxurious sheets and a lovely duvet. I slept like a baby! I also really appreciated the airport transfer service. Getting a taxi from the airport can be quite daunting, so having the hotel arrange the transfer made things much easier and less stressful. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely come back.
