Stayed here with last min booking. My rooms was too hot that time so I just open the window.
For those whi want to stay here I suggest prepare small cabin lugggage instead of bring all the lugggae to the room if you got the 1st floor room. Because you need to use the stairs
Anyway this hotel has a pretty decoration for the Christmas
They dont provide any amenities. And you need to pay for it. As most of the Northern Europe hotel
Good environment and rich breakfast. You can also rent out cold clothes. The food is very good. There are reindeer outside. You can also have a free sauna
The hotel is very well located, and it allows you not to take the car to go to a few courses or to the shopping centre.
The staff is warm and serviceable (particularly the restaurant's room manager who was present at 31/01 in the morning).
The breakfast is more than right !
The bedroom is very warm and the bathroom is warm !
The small bemol is a little heard of the room neighbors!

NNam PangCheck-in process is quick. The room space is good for 3 of us as one family. The view is snow mountain view which my wife love it. The bathroom come with bathtub is a favourite of my kid, he was enjoying his shower every time. A joker mart is just opposite of the hotel which make traveller very convenience.
JJNewUnique and great experience staying in the ice room! Overall there were loads of activities in the Snow Hotel to try, and we are lucky enough to even see the Aurora right at the hotel itself before we joined a tour to chase the lights. For the king crab safari, it was informative. However, while everyone was entitled to taste half a crab (4 legs), they only served 2 legs first and left the rest on another table. There were some guests who took more so we didn't get our remaining share. Snowhotel should look into individual servings for fairness as we should get what we paid for. We didn't try husky sledding there but it was fun playing with the dogs.

LLabel LiThe hotel service is very good. When we arrived at the hotel by bus from the ship, it was just after 7 o'clock in the morning. The hotel had immediately arranged a room for us so that we could have a good rest.
The room is large enough to open 4 suitcases, and has sufficient facilities such as a sofa and workbench.
There is a restaurant on the ground floor of the hotel where you can have dinner. The only drawback is that it does not provide lunch. There are not many shops open near KirKenes. If lunch is not provided, it will be difficult to find lunch.
The hotel's breakfast is good, with many choices.
There is free coffee at the entrance of the hotel, and you can get hot and cold water from the restaurant yourself, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserGreat location to view the northern lights as long as there are clear skies!
Services are not the best as they don’t really have restaurant that you can just step in to eat. A rental car will be great to move from places to places to eat and explore.
PpprwReally love this place, the room and facilities were reasonable with the price and if you come with luck, you can see the Aurora from the balcony!
