There is a small bed in the room, and my little friend directly said that he wanted to sleep on the small bed (he would not sleep on it at home). It's just that there is no elevator on the third floor, so it's a bit tiring to move boxes. The restaurant service is good.

Except for not closing the house every day, there are almost no shortcomings. You can see Aurora without going out. They cook instant noodles in their parking lot. I am very happy.

Nice hotel, friendly staff at the counter and helpful as well. Theres a bus from evenes airport to thon hotel and a short 5 min walk to the hotel. Breakfast is good, there is also an option to do lunch takeaway

The hotel environment is very good, the most impressive thing is that the breakfast is very rich, far exceeding expectations. The only fly in the ointment is that there is no free parking space, but parking nearby is also very convenient.

El hotel es muy bonito. La habitación es enorme y super bonita. Tiene todo lo que puedas necesitar. La terraza también está muy bien pero era compartida con la habitación de al lado La única pega que encontramos es que no tiene ascensor. Y tiene bastantes escaleras hasta el ático. Si vas cargando con equipaje y tienes problemas de movilidad se complica. Pero por lo que vimos había habitaciones en la planta baja sin ninguna escalera. Está un poco alejada pero tiene parking gratis y un supermercado al lado

It's a 15-20 minute walk from the airport. The restaurant and bar on the 11th floor (where you check in, have breakfast, and get your welcome drink) offers breathtaking panoramic views of the fjord. The room itself was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with an industrial design. There's a parking lot downstairs, and it's convenient for shopping at nearby supermarkets. Fantastic location with amazing views! There's a 7-Eleven, Chinese restaurant, and souvenir shops nearby. The dog sledding pick-up point is right outside the hotel, and they can even help you arrange a taxi – which was a lifesaver when we needed one for the airport at 5 AM and couldn't find any ourselves. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. This was definitely the most satisfying hotel stay we had in Tromsø! The room temperature was perfect with plenty of heating, and it had an electric kettle, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Just note that there's no toothpaste or toothbrush provided.

We arrived in the evening, reception was not open but instructions to where our room and key are were sent in advance. Due to the weather (arrived during heavy snow) we struggled a bit to find our room, which was unpleasant, but once we found it our stay was very nice. The room had everything we needed, bathroom simple and clean, kitchen organized and simple with a stove, dishwasher, fridge and everything, and a very nice shared area. The location is very close to Finnsnes, but buses don't run very often, and not in the evening; so plan in advance if you count on using public transportation. On the up side, when the bus does run, there is a stop right outside. All in all, great value for money. Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

The facade definitely stands out and the place was cosy. However, the photos were not representative of the actual place not exactly in a good way. We stayed in the designer cabin (which costs more) but were surprised by how small it was. I would not recommend paying more for the cabin during summer as there is not much to see and less convenient considering we needed to walk a distance to access the amenities including the toilets and kitchen which we did not know when we booked.
