I had a very satisfying stay here, with a rich breakfast and excellent service. Location: It's near Bergen Central Station, with moderate distances to major transportation and attractions. If you exit the north side gate of the central station, it's right in front of you. The south side of the station is for the airport light rail. It's about a ten-minute walk to the bus terminal, and only fifteen to twenty minutes on foot to the cruise port. All transportation is very convenient. Cleanliness: You generally don't need to worry about cleanliness in Nordic countries, and the room was very clean. However, please note that room cleaning is on request, and you need to inform the front desk a day in advance. Also, trash needs to be taken to the front desk yourself or you can ask them to clear it. A slight inconvenience. Environment: The room size was decent, much more comfortable than what you'd find in Japan. However, in October, the room temperature was a bit cold, and it rains a lot in Bergen, so I had to ask staff for an electric heater. (P.S.: The panel in the room is not for air conditioning or heating; it's just a temperature monitor). Also worth mentioning is the breakfast; it was incredibly abundant, and the variety was good. You could eat different things for two days without repetition. In Norway, this breakfast was the best meal I had every day 😂. If you're catching a flight, you can ask the kitchen to prepare a takeaway, but it's limited to one sandwich and one apple. Service: Very thoughtful and attentive. The front desk is 24/7 and they were very responsive to all requests. Full marks for service! Other: Downstairs from the hotel is a restaurant and bar, which seemed to be packed every night. Worth trying if you get the chance.

A good choice to stay at Voss as it is next to the train station, bus terminal and gondola station. You can take a walk along the beach just across the road after filling yourself with a great breakfast. There is a takeaway Japanese food shop nearby and the salmon sushi is tasty.

Booked for four people, but the front desk said they didn't have any rooms left, so they upgraded us to a two-person room – and yes, the price was upgraded too. Linens cost extra, and you have to put them on and take them off yourself. Remember to bring your own toiletries. The room was clean and the surroundings were beautiful. It just gets dark quite late, so I recommend bringing an eye mask! There was a wide variety of breakfast options, and it was delicious 😋. You can even enjoy sea and mountain views while you eat. For transportation, the #12 bus is available, just make sure to check the route beforehand.

The check-in service was excellent! Since our flight was early, we were quickly assigned a room upon arrival, and we were very satisfied with the orientation and floor. The breakfast was definitely worth trying; the ambiance was fantastic! The selection was also abundant, a real treat for salmon lovers. Overall, a wonderful experience. I especially want to emphasize the hotel's superb location! It's a 10-minute walk from the Fløyen Mountain cable car entrance and a 10-minute walk from the fjord cruise ship boarding point. The views are breathtaking, and you don't need to allocate a long time for the port to board in the morning—you can have a leisurely breakfast and then walk over, which is great!

An excellent stay in bergen, very close to the town centre and about 30min from the airport via car. The room was spacious and well furnished.

Nice! They got me the highest floor which is great, and special type room, love it! Most of the things u need are provided except slippers, toothbrush and toothpaste. I think most rooms can see the pier view. The first night, some birds, maybe, or someone shooting fireworks at my window making loud noises and I can see some flash lights out the window. Scared die me. Food: free breakfast and dinner. Breakfast was great, dinner ok but love breakfast more. Trip.com says the bottle water are free, but in fact they will be charged. I didn’t notice that and took one, before check out, just saw the pricing list(ｰ ｰ;) Location: a bit tricky to find the ENTRANCE! When u see the building, TUR RIGHT! To the right u can find the real entrance( the front one is no longer in use). very convenient, located at the heart of Bergen, the Bergen museum is next to the hotel. The fifth photo is very close to the hotel. A few minutes walk to the mountain tram station. By the way, u can ask the front desk and get the key for accessing the roof top( third and fourth photo)

The hotel is in a good location. You can walk to most attractions from the door. It is a bit far from the train station. It is inconvenient to walk with luggage. It is about a 20-minute walk. However, it is quite far from the airport. Taking a taxi is quite expensive. Four people per car Calculated, the fare is about 800 yuan. There is an airport bus that can take you out of the city center. The fare is 220 yuan per person, which is surprisingly expensive. The breakfast is rich and the food is of good quality. In this super expensive city, the price of this hotel is reasonable. Reasonable!

The host was very helpful and tried to answer any of my questions as much as possible Price was a bit high but may be the norm in norway Hotel facilities are a bit old but they carry an authentic taste, didn't dislike it and I took some photos Pretty warm and cozy in the corridors when the outside is around 0-5 degrees First stop driving from Bergen, giving me a great first impression of Norway

The location is excellent. Strolling around at sunrise and sunset offered pleasant surprises and was incredibly relaxing. It was lovely to see people casually jump into the sea for a swim, which added to the laid-back atmosphere. The fish market was bustling with people, but I opted not to join the crowds.

Grand Terminus Bergen is a beautiful Hotel with friendly staff and at a great location. We appreciated the extra effort in helping us celebrate our 30th anniversary. Breakfast was of a good variety and catered to different dietary requirements. Thanks for a lovely stay.
