Hotels With Parking in Marlborough, New Zealand

Had a lovely stay at Scenic Hotel Marlborough to end off our trip in New Zealand. The hotel room was much bigger than our previous hotel stays, where we could comfortably open both our large-sized luggage to repack. Apart from the spacious rooms, we love how clean the toilets were and how tidy our rooms are done up by room service each time we return from our day out. The stand out however, was the service provided to us by the staff. We arrived around midnight as we had a long drive from Fox Glacier to get here but the staff was ever ready to receive us, and even gave us recommendations on what to visit around Marlborough during our stay. During our stay, there were occasions where we opted to buy food back to enjoy in our hotel room and the room service was readily available to provide us whatever we needed to have a lovely meal in, including plates, wine glasses and even condiments. Highly recommended!!

The location of the hotel is very good. You can go downstairs to take a walk in the city at night. The room is clean and tidy, and there are many types of drinks that can be brewed. The big bed is very comfortable and I fell asleep soon after I got in. This price is good value for money and worth recommending.

Beautiful location overlooking the Marlborough Sounds, grassed area in front down to the sea. Short walk to beach and 10 minutes walk to marina where there is a very good pub with great food. Very peaceful and lovely outside space to enjoy view and peace - very relaxing. Lovely apartment, very modern and clean and well equipped. Quality towels and linen. Too far from Picton Town to walk but only 10 minutes drive to the ferry.

This motel is near to the ferry terminal,very convenient.the room is big and clean,face to the Main Street-High Way.There are two supermarkets near to the motel,it is easy to buy fruits,vegetables and drinks.I will choose it again.by the way,Picton is very small,but it is so beautiful and quiet.

The location, room facilities and cleanliness of the restaurant are very good, and the gentleman who received is also very sentimental. I must book this restaurant next time.

Facilities: The room is equipped with radiators and electric blankets. New Zealand is quite cold in April but there are enough. The room should not be able to live in summer without air conditioning. There are several steps at the door. If the luggage is heavy, it is very difficult to move up. If there is a slope, it would be fine. Hygienic: The landlord cleaned very cleanly, the four-piece suit is very warm Environment: Self-driving parking can be parked in the yard, it is very close to the ferry terminal, and it takes 5 minutes to drive. Service: We arrived late, the landlord had to rest early to leave the lights in our corridor, and the key was plugged in. I had to take the ferry to Wellington the next morning, so I didn't meet the landlord. I didn't have time to write a review in the message book. Overall, it was very good.

The motel is not far from Picton Wharf. It is very convenient to eat, drink and have fun on the main street outside the hotel. It only takes a few minutes to walk. For those who like to cook, there is a large supermarket diagonally opposite the hotel. You can go to the supermarket to buy mussels, which are very delicious and tender. It is also very convenient to have a gas station right outside the hotel. The only drawback is that the stove in the hotel is simple and can only cook noodles or fry eggs. Friends who like to show off their cooking skills can't show off their cooking skills. You can go to various wineries in the Marlborough area within an hour's drive from Picton to enjoy food and wine. All the restaurants on Picton's main street are delicious and you won't step on thunder.

We came in on the late ferry - reception left us written instructions and left the light on and heater in room - room was clean - such a lovely place highly recommend
