Located in the middle of the Old City. The reception clerk is kind and helpful. The room is basically good, but the kettle in the room was very dirty and obviously not cleaned. The faucet shape in the room is weird and too stiff to give out water, and the shower switch is faulty and sometimes doesn't respond. The elevator stopped working suddenly in the morning. The facility looks like a typically mismanaged American hotel rather than Polish one, which honestly I didn't like. Polish old classical hotels have better services and facilities with cheaper price.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed. The location made it easy to explore the area, and I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere and attention to detail throughout the property

Located near the bridge to the Old Town and Bus Terminal. The room is clean and spacious, breakfast is excellent for the price range. Water server machine is available in the hallway. The receptionists and clerks are kind and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the shampoo and shower gel bottles in the room were empty and the sound proof is weak and I always heard the heavy banging noise of closing doors from other rooms, even after 23:00.

The hotel is a 15 minute walk from the old town but close to the bus station and main route to the airport. Our room was small but had everything we needed. The carpet was stained but the room was very clean otherwise. The shower was very good. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices. We didn’t eat in the restaurant otherwise but did have a drink in the bar. The bar is not cosy and closes at 10 pm.

This was a wonderful experience. I'm LeYs skeptical of written reviews but now I am writing one Location and staff could not be beaten. Simply one of the best I have experienced. Breakfast fantastic The room was good. I won't say it was spectacular. It was good enough. Walking into the hotel each day was pleasant. It feel good and comfortable

The counter staff and restaurant service staff were friendly and loved the breakfast. Because I had to leave the hotel before twelve o'clock. Originally, I expected to go to the hotel to put my luggage first, but the service staff immediately helped me sort out the room and allowed me to check in early.

The location is very good, located by the river, and the facilities are very new. 5 minutes walk to the center. It's just that parking is expensive for 100Rmb a night. The breakfast is plentiful and the waiters are very enthusiastic.

Friendly welcoming service, brewery restaurant at the premices serves wide range of dining options, with even the evening buffet included providing substancial hearty dinner of good quality and option. Budget room is not so spacious but functional and neat .

It’s an amazing place and the service is great. But the tram line was right under my window and every time the tram passed by my room would literally shake! Of course it woke me up early in the morning. It is really a shame because the rest of it is perfect.

Location is great! Just one block to the old town main street, also near by the river side. The only thing was running water got some issues on the second day we stayed, it caused us troubles and worries, the issue took one whole day to be solved anyway.
