Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

Good option for Wroclaw. It is not in the very center, but a 10 minutes walk and you are there. The hotel is nice, with a good spa, and the room is very comfortable. Loved the Lalique shower gel and shampoo. The staff is nice, welcome drink is a plus, breakfast is good. It will not blow your mind, but you will be happy.

So-so... The sheets are clean, towels too. The floor is at most swept, or wiped, I doubt it. The bathroom is dusty, the mirror and shelf underneath are dirty. There's hair on the sink. The furniture fronts have numerous handprints and dirt. The room needs repainting. The curtains and drapes have probably never been washed. It's quite cold, even though the air conditioner is set to a higher temperature (I suspect it's set to a higher temperature lock). The bathroom radiator is very hot.

У нас было 2 отдельные брони на 1 и 3 ночи. Первый номер был очень плох. Грязный диван, страшная, вспупыренная столешница и сильно мягкий матрац у кровати. Новая квартира на 3 ночи была лучше, но в предыдущей была стиральная машинка и больше посуды. В новой же квартире не было стиральной посуды, приборов было по 2 штуки и ничего больше. Было всего 1 полотенце и больше ничего из комплекта.

It was a family visit. I booked the hotel with my daughter for 3 days and we were very happy with the location of the hotel and also with the sauna... I would happily recommend the hotel.

The hotel service is quite good. The front desk greeted them warmly and politely. The room service was OK, but the room facilities were a bit loose. The breakfast was OK.

Opposite the train station, it is not far to walk to the old town. Although the equipment is a bit old, the location is OK, and the breakfast is generally the same.

I have lived in this house many times. The location is great, there is a big shopping mall next to it. The room is of moderate size, the items are quite new, the lighting is a bit dim, the attitude of the personal waiter is average, and everything else is pretty good. recommend
