Very cosy hotel in a historical building of central location for transport and business areas, with very good value-for-money breakfast. Service is extremely friendly, providing assistance and even upgrade in every available occasion. Highly recommended
Location: Close to a tram/bus stop, allowing you to reach the city center and main attractions in 20 minutes, though Warsaw's public transport can get quite crowded.
Surroundings: There's a fantastic park nearby, great for a morning stroll with lots of animals – that was a pleasant surprise.
Facilities: There's a swimming pool, but it tends to get busy in the evenings.
Room: Four-star quality, and it's rare to find disposable slippers in Europe, which was a nice touch.
Pros: The hotel maintains an impressive level of cleanliness throughout its premises, making it a comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the restaurant offers delicious food with a good variety of options, ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
Free parking if you are lucky.
Cons: Unfortunately, the staff at the hotel are quite rude, which detracts significantly from the overall experience. The location is also somewhat inconvenient, as it is situated on the outskirts of the city.
However, it is a practical choice for those needing close proximity to the airport.

A good place for stay but that goth receptionist wasn't friendly to me and sounded antagonistic. Breakfast is wonderful for one star. They could fix one elevator and remove plywood design (or whatever it names.) from a second. Please, clean tube in bathroom and put cap back because it felt and looked creepy, guys.

Absolutely amazing , always clean , always amazing level of costumer service , breakfast to die for , room spacious and clean
Every time I’m in Warsaw always coming back
Excellent airport hotel. Clean and pretty quiet (my window faced the airport). Black out curtains worked very well. Water kettle for tea or coffee (Nescafe and black and green tea provided). Electric iron and ironing board provided.
Good shower gel and shampoo provided. The bathtub entry for the shower is pretty high, so one needs to be careful when exiting!
I enjoyed the Restaurant Polska three times (same menu as the other one).
Small critiques:
Restaurant: the beef tartare would have needed 8 pieces of bread instead of the 4 pieces served. The 180g meat amount was just too much for the 4 pieces of bread. And I put on a very generous amount per piece. Taste and texture were very good.
The toilet paper was rough for such a nice place. Definetely suitable for light sanding of paint layers between layers.
Positives: Great breakfast and in the Restaurant, all a la carte dishes were delicious. A standout was9 the tiramisu in a chocolate ball, that melted while pouring hot champagne sauce over it.
The cheesecake was my price/performance winner.

I had a great stay here! I requested a high-floor room facing the central station where the Palace of Culture and Science is, and I got a lovely room! The view from my room was GORGEOUS. It was made even better because I could open the windows. The air-conditioning was not as cold as I would have liked, so I opened the windows for the natural air-conditioning at 10°C. The air-conditioning will auto-shut once you open the windows. For that, I would like to thank the staff who attended to my check-in and gave me this lovely room. The location is walkable, a straight walk from the central station. The tram to Stare Miasto stop (Castle Square) is just downstairs at the hotel. Nowy Swiat is within walking distance. There are a lot of restaurants and a few convenience stores around the hotel area. Zlote Tarasy (shopping mall) is where the central station is. Shops are closed on Sundays, though.
Very friendly customer service. Very clean place. Location is a bit subberbs but its in a price. Highly recommend. Will be back again.

GGuest UserThe entire hotel had a great vibe, and is currently being modernized. Service was immaculate. The sleeping balm at the night desk was a nice touch to make the stay even more pleasant.
PPrince of PusanThe hotel is located in the heart of Oldtown and is nice. The rooms are very spacious, clean and the staff is very professional.
The only thing is the rooms are big but awkwardly shaped- you have to go to the couch to see the TV and the overall layout of the room is not a conventional hotel.
Other than that, the hotel has an old boutique charm.
CChengI had an exceptional experience at Platinum Residence. The luxurious accommodations, attentive staff, and exquisite amenities made my stay truly memorable. The well-appointed rooms were both comfortable and stylish, offering a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. The hotel's central location allowed for convenient access to local attractions, and the attention to detail in service exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Platinum Residence for a refined and indulgent stay.
MM505461****The location is fantastic, very close to Warsaw's Old Town, making it super convenient for getting around. The surrounding area is also great for a stroll, with lovely scenery! The breakfast spread was quite rich too, with plenty of choices!
GGuest UserWonderful budget hotel. The bed is soft, clean. Shower and washbasin are at hand. 10 min. from the bus station. Convenient, because the exchange office is at the bus station. Nearby is a large Bluecity market, a park with a slide. Breakfast is a buffet. If I am in Warsaw, I will definitely return to this hotel.
CCabbiehkThe hostel is located at the Wola district, which is 20 mins away from the Warsaw Central train station by tram or bus. It was quite clean on the whole. I stayed in the 6-person dorm facing the main road, which was pretty noisy at night. I had to close most of the windows, though a bit stuffy, to keep room from loud noise. The facilities in the room were basic and there were shower gel and hair-dryer in the bathroom. For the kitchen and other facilities, you may have to pay for the use of them. There was no individual locker for guests and there was a wardrobe for use by all guests but no one kept their things there.
AAmroI recently stayed at this lovely hotel in Warsaw, and overall, my experience was very positive. One of the first things that stood out to me was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. Every corner of the hotel felt fresh, tidy, and taken care of, which immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease.
The room I stayed in was beautiful—spacious, modern, and elegantly designed with a calming color scheme that made it a perfect space to relax after a long day. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the lighting in the room was thoughtfully arranged, making it suitable for both rest and work.
The hotel’s location is another big plus. Situated in the heart of Warsaw, it’s within walking distance to many popular attractions, charming cafes, and local restaurants. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing or business, the location makes it easy to get around and enjoy the city.
The only downside I experienced was the slow check-in process. The front desk service, while friendly and respectful, took longer than expected, which can be inconvenient after a long journey. However, the staff were professional and welcoming, which made the wait more bearable.
All in all, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, stylish, and comfortable stay in Warsaw. It offers great value, a peaceful atmosphere, and a beautiful room to return to after a day exploring the city. A solid choice for any traveler.
SSubrata I Gusti MadeIt was very great experience staying in this hotel.
