Good day, the stay was very nice. The chairs in the breakfast restaurant are very loud, please stick something under the legs. We had the room above and heard it. Best regards

I checked in and went up to the room the room was setting for one person and toilet bin wasn't empty. I called the reception they sent the cleaner straight away but I didn't feel comfortable. Daily cleaning was good. Great location. Breakfast was great when I had a early breakfast. I went down after 9am there was a no table and food wasn't filled. Last day my son wasn't feeling well so I asked if I can takeaway some breakfast the waiting staff kindly gave me a bag to take it with us. Nice small pool and gym. Only allowed over 18years old.

Nice hotel with luxury furnitures, comfortable and clean room,very comfortable beds, good Breakfast. Free Wifi working ok. There a free parking near the hotel, because the hotel＇s parking places are really very few. Few parking places

The hotel is very nice, the location is very good, this is our 3rd stay there. Room, view, breakfast,... everything is really great. The only improvement I would like to see: At the breakfast buffet you can have very tasty scrambled eggs/omelettes prepared. If you're in a hurry, you can get ready-made scrambled eggs. Unfortunately, the quality here is not freshly prepared. It tastes like ”packaged scrambled eggs” which is a shame. There is a huge water park for families (access via the basement) and a rooftop pool with a sauna and whirlpool. Especially since there is a large water park for families, access to the wellness area/rooftop pool for over-16s would be desirable.

Kann ich nur empfehlen! Abgesehen vom angeblichen Fitnessraum, wo die Trainingsgerät fehlen, war es wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr schön und erholsam. Super leckeres Frühstück, freundliches und mehrsprachiges Personal. Rund um ein schönes und sauberes Hotel mit gut ausgestattetem Wellness und relax Bereich.

The hotel is located in an ideal location, very close to the beach. The hotel has 5 stars, but in my opinion it is too much for this facility. The rooms are already slightly worn, and the rooms on the first floor are not soundproofed enough. We could hear water flowing in our room all night long, the sound came from the corridor, and the ventilation grilles in the room were humming all night long. The service at the main reception was helpful and nice. Unfortunately, the same could not be said about the older lady serving at the Spa reception. The lady was rude, unpleasant and constantly complaining (someone walked in sandy shoes - bad, someone turned off the light in the Spa - again loud comments to customers). Breakfasts were very plentiful and delicious.

Always choose this hotel when in Szczecin. Location couldn't be better. Lots of dining and shopping options around. Breakfast is decent. Bar is great with lots of craft beer choices (bottles) and other beers on tap. Very affordable.

All right, except a chair in a room that had a so devastated tapeboard as if it was in the '70s.

Excellent hotel! Very friendly service excellent food. Critical notes: too cold water in the pool. But there is something else - there are rooms with view of some technical installations on the roof - it is a marketing failure, something you need to do with it ...!

This is a 5-star hotel as soon as we walked into the hotel we could feel it. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. When I reported that the fridge in our room was not working, it was changed straight away. The room was spacious and clean, most importantly the beds were very comfortable. The location of the hotel was great, close to shops, cafes, restaurants and town centre with walking distance. I would stay again on my next visit to Szczecin. 👍
