Very satisfied, the front desk is very beautiful, very polite, the room is very comfortable, and the location is super good, the gathering point for chasing light, McDonald's is on the left side of the gate, and there is a restaurant on the first floor, which is very convenient.
Later I booked a suite, which is very cost-effective and the room is very large. There is a living room with a table and sofa and 2 bathrooms. This hotel is recommended.
Only stayed for a few hours, but I arrived in the middle of the night and the staff, along with her boyfriend, were incredibly helpful and warm, even with the language barrier. The room was stuffy, so I had to ask the front desk for a fan, otherwise, I wouldn't have been able to sleep. It said no breakfast when I booked, but when I asked the staff on-site, they said it was available. There's a small convenience store within 300 meters, which was a nice bonus.
The cost is reasonable. There are five floors without elevators, but the scenery outside the window is very good. The room is warm, comfortable, and clean. The women's restroom and bathroom are on the fourth floor, and the men's restroom and bathroom are on the fifth floor, which are also very clean. There is a public restaurant on the fourth floor with large windows and beautiful scenery. You can eat and have basic kitchen utensils. Some front desk sis can speak English and some may not, but it's okay.
What to expect from a hotel next to the Arctic Circle?
Although there is no expectation, this hotel is indeed a bit beyond expectations. Clean and tidy, the heating is very powerful, basically exceeding the hotel experience we stayed in Moscow. The restaurant downstairs is also quite good, and the blue war has not come to punch the card. The only problem is that the young lady at the front desk will be a little bit unkind if you think your English is not very good.
The location is convenient between the old and new. Because it is a must-pass section in the middle, although it is very quiet at night, there are occasional cars passing by a little sound.
It's just 600 meters straight from the train station and then turn left. The location is very convenient. On the day we checked in, it was almost entirely occupied by Chinese people. The other people sharing the room were very nice and quiet even when we arrived late. The restroom only has one shower and two toilets, so you need to time your arrival with others to avoid a long wait.
One of the top hotels in Murmansk, and probably the tallest building in the area, it is considered a landmark. There are abundant commercial and supporting facilities in the surrounding area.
The room is simple and clean, with sufficient heating and hot water available 24 hours a day, and the windows can be opened inwards and upwards for ventilation. The hotel is on the top floors of the building, with a great view overlooking the entire city.
What I am not satisfied with is that the room has a strong odor. I asked the front desk to change the room, but the smell is still there. It should be the smell of the decoration materials that cannot be dissipated. Bad review.
Overall, everything was fine. The room was comfortable and fairly clean (minor issues like dust, a film on the bathroom sink, and some worn-out plumbing). The bed linens were very clean and fresh, and they provided an extra blanket upon request. The bath towels and sashes on the robes were worn, but very clean. The in-room safe didn't work, but I didn't have time to investigate, though it might be important to someone.
There's only one table in the room, so there's no room for two to sit and relax.
There's a great souvenir corner by the reception with reasonable prices.
Breakfast was okay, but the selection was limited. There was no porridge made with water.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.
The location is excellent, centrally located, close to everything, and the price was better than the Azimut or Meridian.
Thank you for a pleasant stay from January 7-11, 2024.
This hotel is amazing. I don't know if there are other places with this phenomenon. The room is very small, but it is a split level with a small staircase. The second floor is the bed, the first floor is the bathroom, bathtub and washing area, and there is a foldable table. I was alone at the time and was given a double bed. I thought someone else would be arranged for me, and I was always uneasy. This table is very good, it is very suitable for one person to use. The king crab in the first picture was cooked by the hotel itself.

AAmy_mimiI saw the aurora directly on the first day of staying at the hotel. It was a great experience. The hotel facilities were also very good. The service was very intimate. I liked it manually. I recommend everyone to stay at the airport for about forty minutes.

AAnonymous UserThe only thing I care a little about is that the toilet seems to be gender-neutral. It is recommended to bring your own slippers. Other environments are OK. You can cook by yourself. The basic seasonings are available.
GGuest UserI traveled with my parents. I set up an ordinary family suite. The room was very large. A 1.5-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed were enough. The window was outside the cabin, which was a fairy tale.
Hotel location is also very good to find, very conspicuous, close to a colored reduced version of Guangzhou Tower hahaha.
The front desk will take the initiative to open a residence permit, usually the next day or the third day.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is generally small, but the breakfast is quite plentiful. It's a good option if you're going out to play every day or just want to rest at night. There's a large supermarket across the street with all kinds of food. There's also a popular frozen terracotta restaurant nearby, so it's convenient to go anywhere.
