The hotel was clean and the room was a bit small but comfortable. They have housekeeping but you have to inform the front desk when you want them to clean your room and change your towels. They only have one key card upon check in which is a bit inconvenient because you need the card for electricity in the room and if you’re traveling with another person and the person is in the bathroom, they will be sitting in the dark when you have to pick up a delivery outside. The hot water in the bathroom runs out after one person takes a shower. It will take another 30 mins or so for the water to heat up again for the next person to shower.

The room was very good it was the best experience i can have. This hotel location is best because most tourist place was walkable distance. The service is very good and the staffs are very polite.

Guest UserOne of the most beautiful hotels in Abha, if not the most beautiful. The hotel is very clean, and the staff are respectful and helpful. The facilities are complete (pool/club/spa/restaurant). Everything was very nice.
