The reception staff are relativaly new, not very much helpful or flexible, just doing their job which is a bit under expectation for one of the main hotels in the city.

Guest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the swimming pool was absolutely beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again.
