This was our first stay in Jeddah, and the level of service at this hotel far exceeded our expectations. They treated us as family, gave us tours of the huge hotel and the Corniche. We were greeted with a welcome drink and a fruit basket. The lobby is incredible with live music in the evenings. The restaurant may be a little over priced but with will prepared food and wonderful service. The live band was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the room had nice amenities. The shower had low pressure and odd temperature settings. Overall, one of our favorite stays. We will be back. I wouldn't consider staying at a different hotel. This felt like home.

Go to the Red Sea Shebara for a holiday, stay here when the flight is transiting, the hotel is new, and there is a sea view. Good value for money, half an hour to the airport. It is a safe choice

There’s a genuine issue with the lifts - before and after prayer times, expect to wait 10-20 minutes. The room I booked had a kitchen but no utensils, making it impractical to cook. The breakfast buffet offers very limited choices - usually just one gravy dish, with the rest mostly sauces and salads. The dining area staff were few and unresponsive, and it’s hard to get assistance when needed. Food quality also falls short of what you’d expect from a 5-star hotel. On the positive side, the hotel’s location is unbeatable — the entrance to the Mataf is right in front, and there’s a food court and shopping mall within the same building, so everything you need is under one roof.

Loved our stay at Hilton Jeddah. We were upgraded to the newly renovated rooms on level 5 which did not disappoint. Thank you to the reception team, Rawad, Samir and Waleed, and to the female staff on the ground floor who helped us with where to go and go - I forgot her name - but she was lovely and made our stay even better. The location is central and the view on the Red Sea is great. Would stay here again

The ground-floor reception and two direct exits to the Grand Mosque make this hotel incredibly convenient and a big reason I would choose to stay here again. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby, and the housekeeping staff are attentive and helpful. The dining area is large and well organised, with three buffet stations. The wide selection of pastries was a nice touch, though the breakfast dishes were mostly repeated and long queues often formed at the egg station. Including local desserts like kunafe would add a lovely local flavour. It was also a little sad to see food being wasted during breakfast, and having recycling bins near the lifts could help promote more sustainable practices.

GGuest UserJumeira Jabbal Omar is a beautiful hotel Maashallah. The hotel, is very modern, clean and has an array of shops in the local building for quick access. It is a 4 minute walk from the haram and is in close proximity to gate 79 umrah entrance and also to clock tower. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Whilst the haram is close, you should still try to get to the haram early for prayer times as sometimes certain routes are closed thus redirecting mutamireen to alternate areas which may not be where you intended to be. The one negative about the hotel is that it is located in an area of the haram that is not easily detected on google maps thus unable to order an uber from this hotel as a pickup point. This is however the case with several hotels close to the haram. This was otherwise a lovely stay and in shaa Allah looking forward to returning soon.

GGuest UserI REALLY REALLY REALLY recommend this hotel. It is very clean and the overall service is amazing. The shuttle bus to and from the haram comes every half hour, making the travel easy. It is a 5/10 minute walk to the masjid from the drop off point. My elderly mother and father were able to stay here with ease and were very pleased likewise Definitely worth the value AND more! Thank you dearly Novotel for the pleasant stay.

GGuest UserI stayed 6 nights at Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba during my first Umrah, and honestly, it was the best 6 days of my life. This hotel is an absolute hidden gem and, without a doubt, the best hotel in Makkah. From the moment I arrived, the service, cleanliness, and stunning modern interior completely blew me away. At check-in, I was greeted by the incredible Brother Rayan, whose warm and welcoming service immediately confirmed I had chosen the perfect hotel. I was guided to my room, which was nothing short of spectacular, immaculate cleanliness, a modern design, premium amenities, and beds so soft I’ve never slept better in my life. The room even offered a beautiful view of the Haram, which made my stay even more special. The breakfast service was another highlight. The variety and quality were unmatched, from freshly baked croissants and made-to-order omelettes to pancakes, fresh cheeses, olives, breads, fruits, and special daily dishes. The breakfast staff were amazing, always attentive, welcoming, and ready to fulfill every need. Special thanks to Roaa Ahmed, Faisal, Usman, Imtiyaz, and Alam, as well as the restaurant manager Abdul Aziz and Chef Sameh, who went above and beyond, even preparing a special shawarma for me and sending complimentary amenities to my room. Brother Abdul Aziz personally ensured my entire stay was flawless. I also want to thank Brother NASER ALI, who always served us during breakfast, made the most amazing tea daily, and was genuinely kind and attentive. Throughout my stay, the rooms were consistently spotless, and any requests were addressed almost instantly. The level of care and dedication from the cleaning and maintenance teams was phenomenal. A particularly memorable moment: I had lost a significant amount of money during my stay and was extremely distressed. Within hours, Jibran & Sultan found it and returned it to me, showing a level of honesty and integrity that is truly remarkable. I honestly feel you could never lose anything at this hotel - it’s that trustworthy. The location is perfect! Just a short walking distance to the Haram, with a shuttle bus available at times, and fresh drinks and dates are offered after every Salah by the kind Brother Abdul Majid. If you want the best hotel experience in Makkah, look no further than Tilal Jabal Al Kaaba. From the impeccable service and luxurious rooms to the amazing food and unmatched integrity, this hotel will make your stay unforgettable. Don’t think twice - book it! It will honestly be the best stay of your life.

MM250694****It's ok to stay here. No towels for showering is a problem. Wi-Fi signal is sometimes good and sometimes bad. Noise is a problem. It may be because of the room. But for 287, why would you want a bicycle?

MMas Yunanmy family and I stay at Pullman hotel to perform Umroh. The hotel located directly in front of Masjidil Haram and it is very helpful, especially for my little daughters. anything we need is ready in the mall located in the building. The house keeping staffs were all very polite. One think to be improved is the elevators, sometimes we need to wait for the elevators, because the people visiting the malls are also using the elevators.

SSabShaariAs per previous review. For this booking, thanks to Mr Haitam for assissting me. I got a room near to the lift. Thank you so much 🙂 On average, i waited less than 1 minute for the lift. Extra 2-5minutes from the hotel to reach Kudi bus station by the shuttle bus. 6-8minutes walk from Kudi bus station to the mosque. Going back from the mosque to the hotel takes a bit longer time during peak hours. Overall, i highly recommend this hotel.

GGuest UserSecurity staff, specifically the younger ones are quite rude. They aggressively single you out if you don't look stereotypically wealthy and demand your hotel card at C level. The pictures here are after I told them to clean the bathroom. Not sure what the cleanliness standard is at this hotel when it comes to bathrooms. I also pointed out to what looks like an insect breading nest, the cleaner spinner me a story and said it was paint. Now that I've got the negatives out of the way. We lived the location. The room itself was up to standard, just one day, I had to call numerous times to get it cleaned. The food at the restaurants were top quality. Really enjoyed it.
