The response from the front desk was very good. It was also generally clean. I was on the top bunk of a bunk bed, but I couldn't find an outlet near my bed, so I couldn't charge my phone while sleeping (I didn't). I used a female-only dormitory, but the door lock was difficult to lock, and I felt like I could get in without the electronic key if I accidentally locked it. Although I made the reservation the day before, I was very satisfied with the price and the staff's atmosphere.

This hotel is conveniently located at central station in Gothenburg. Very walkable and close to shopping and restaurants. The area is busy with lots of transit and people, bit the hotel is overall quiet. Breakfast is good with an assortment of items, but can get repetitive for longer stays as the food items are the same each day. The rooms are comfortable and good size with spacious bathrooms. The bathrooms are quite basic and needs upgrading as ours had some broken tiles across the corners. Overall a. Very good hotel that we'd stay in again.

Nice, comfortable, and clean room. There's a living area and a table for breakfast/meals. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The bed is loft-style (but with a low ceiling). Good Wi-Fi, TV, and Netflix are provided. It's close to a bus stop (400m) and about 5 minutes from the city center. I highly recommend it!

Very convenient to train station . Also, walking distance to tram stops if you want to navigate around city , like Hag old town. Very helpful front desk staffs ( both shifts)

Well everything besides our check out experience was great. Really great! Then when checking out, we had 3 interactions with the reception about checking out prior to checking out. and only the one at 12:30 (when checking out with luggage and all), we were told to pay a 200SEK late-fee, which I was then told could’ve been even higher and that I should be thankful they didn’t charge me double… Not nice - and we had 3 interactions prior to this for this exact reason. I wanted to work out first and then shower in the room before leaving. If we were told the first time about the late check out fee; we would’ve checked out then and there. I complained about this practice, to deaf ears. Not coming back despite it being very nice and perfect for a Liseberg weekend with the family

The breakfast chef, a lovely lady with beautiful red hair, had the warmest presence. She greeted everyone with such kindness that it set the tone for the rest of the day. I visited Sweden for a business trip to Chalmers University and stayed at this hotel. I arrived at 11 a.m., so I tried to leave my luggage, but I was able to check in in the morning. The staff were all friendly and well equipped with amenities such as gym, washing machine, breakfast buffet and restaurant. It was a little unfortunate that the breakfast menu did not change during my stay for about a week, but the taste was good. The surroundings of the hotel were quiet, and it was quiet, and the center came out on foot for 15 to 20 minutes. I would like to stay at the same hostel even if I come back for business trip next time.

There weren't many reviews, but it was clean and the breakfast was delicious! You have to ask for cleaning. The location is also good. I recommend it as a place to stay near Lishevery However, the room is a bit small, so it's good for one person to stay.
